Hotel was fine. Bed was comfortable, but rooms and bathrooms need some updating. Clean enough. Key cards kept not working. Balcony was nice. Duvet cover was ripped pretty badly and some of the towels were dirty. Location was great. Exterior of hotel was very cute.

The room (we had top floor with river view) was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel location was nice as well and we really enjoyed the square outside for grabbing a drink and relaxing.
The breakfast we paid for with our room did not have many vegan options and it would have been nice to have had more plant-based choices.

Location
We had a family suit which was rooms 410 and 411 attached together. They smelled so moldy that we couldn’t breathe when we first got there. We mentioned it to the reception and they said they’ll ask cleaning staff to do a “special cleaning”. Knowing that it was mold I wondered if it was possible to get other rooms. We were told they’d try the next day because they were fully booked that day. Following day they told us they only have that suit on 3 floors and they’re all taken. To our luck the weather was great and we could keep the windows open to ventilate the rooms and that made it way better. On the other hand it’s unacceptable to rent rooms with mold and dirty stained carpet. The kind sweet girl that checked us in was amazing and helpful with limited ability to change anything. Location was amazing. AC wasn’t working in 410. Hotel needs serious renovations and up keep. Something simple as ventilating these rooms could make it so much better until the mold problem is fixed.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was so spacious for our family and very clean. It was quiet at night even though the streets were full of people and fun parties. I highly recommend staying here with family and teenagers.
I wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was great for dinner but the breakfast offering was average.

Hotel staff was absolutely amazing, super helpful and super kind. They added kettle to our room as we like an evening tea, and they added extra pillows so we had 3 each :) they asked if we needed taxi to get to the airport. Great breakfast choice with a special touch from the staff making a bespoke coffee and delivering to the table. Wow!
I loved the room colours and the balcony outside super cute, especially with my espresso in the morning.
The shower vent didn’t work at first and the pillows were not so comfortable but as soon as we reported this to the members of the hotel staff all issues were resolved. We even had a nice email from the hotel manager to make sure all our needs were met! Really nice

Honestly breakfast just right. Otherwise the accommodation is excellent, with in the city center so shops, food and transportation is just around the corner. The staff is kind, accommodating especially the staff in the reception who was working on the day of our arrival.

Excellent location. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Room water and coffee topped up daily. Staff were all super helpful and very friendly.
Breakfast was very nice, all fresh food. However, a wider selection would be nice.
