Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location. Great sized room, well lit, comfortable bedding, and great shower. Very kind and supportive staff. Our second time staying and we will be back.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Chiado. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and ideal for exploring Lisbon. Our room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the castle, which made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast and coffee each morning were excellent, and a great way to start the day. The staff were also incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, which really made a difference

When we arrived, the staff on reception had no information about the area. They said they were not from this part of town and couldn't give us any recommendations. They were very friendly and polite, and sorted our bags out etc, just had no information The shower settings were very sensitive, very easy to get very hot or cold.

Lovely boutique hotel set in a nice location, plenty of sights, shops, bars & restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Hotel breakfast exceeded expectations. Room was fabulous and spacious with an extremely comfortable bed along with all expected amenities, including unexpected but much appreciated surprises.
Getting the shower to reach an acceptable temperature was a struggle on the first day.
