Great location and lovely staff. Room w great - needed more drawer space but otherwise very nice.
Dont like having to stnd n a bath to have a shower, the bath floor is slippery and there werent any grab bars.

Lisboa Carmo hotel is convenient , love the little adjacent Carmo square for a quick glass of wine. We had a charmng room with a view of the lively square.

Location was perfect for us : central Lisbon as we only had a few hours to spend the day after our arrival. It was not noisy (which we had feared because of comments online). The hotel kindly upgraded us to a room on top, which was great as we had lovely views and heard little from the busy streets below.
The breakfast was ok, though we didn't get to speak to any of the staff. We waited to be seated and as nobody came to see us, we chose a table. It wasn't clear if we should just help ourselves but once we realised that was the case it was fine.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Chiado. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and ideal for exploring Lisbon.
Our room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the castle, which made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast and coffee each morning were excellent, and a great way to start the day.
The staff were also incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, which really made a difference

Lovely boutique hotel set in a nice location, plenty of sights, shops, bars & restaurants within walking distance.
Hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous.
Hotel breakfast exceeded expectations.
Room was fabulous and spacious with an extremely comfortable bed along with all expected amenities, including unexpected but much appreciated surprises.
Getting the shower to reach an acceptable temperature was a struggle on the first day.

Lovely boutique hotel near Plaza Rossio, excellent staff, wonderful welcome, excellent breakfast
Walk up 140 stairs from Plaza Rossio, no phone directory in the room (ie, what # to call for reception), TV did not have video AirPlay, insufficient lighting in the room
