Great location, excellent breakfast choice. Room spacious and comfy and staff all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Bathroom needs looking at. Shower opening too tight because sink is in the way.

Lovely room and great location to explore the historic parts of Lisbon.The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The food and Fado night were a great cultural experience. Thinking of a trip to Lisbon then we would say go and stay at the Lisboa Carmo hotel.

The room was very clean with modern updates. Everything was in good shape. The elevator was quick. Location was close to many restaurants and train stations. They have a restaurant on main floor that offered breakfast buffet that was really good! Staff was friendly and helpful plus 24/7. Speedy check in and out process. The room had robes and slippers which is lovely.

The staff were fantastic and so helpful. They organised an amazing tour for us and arranged a really thoughtful treat for my birthday. The location is also excellent, a beautiful area and so convenient for exploring Lisbon.
