The hotel’s location is perfect on a quiet street in the center of Lisbon. The train station, metro, and bus stops are very close, so it’s easy to travel around the city. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked that the hotel provides umbrellas, which was very helpful during the rainy season. The breakfast was good, but it was the same every day. It would be nice to have more variety at breakfast

Location is perfect, and there are some amazing spots in Lisbon around the Hotel.
The staff were super nice and always willing to assist at any time.

This is an excellent hotel in a superb location. The staff were extremely helpful and our stay was very comfortable.
The only slight issue was the shower. It worked perfectly, but just wasn’t the power shower we have. I mentioned this and the manager has thanked me for drawing this to his attention. Still, this was the only very slight issue and it did not at all detract from our overall stay which was excellent.

The room was large and had beautiful views of the city. The location was excellent and the staff were lovely and helpful.
The condition of the room was a bit outdated with a few items (door handles, toilet paper holder) either missing or broken.
The breakfast was good but not excellent.

Great location! lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Room was nice and quiet, bed was really comfortable. Love the blackout window covering. Staff was really nice and helpful. It's a great little boutique hotel. Will stay again.

Rooms are spacious, very well maintained.
Nothing to complain except I could not figure out how to get the AC working as the heater went on override. We were able to open the window and let cool air come in.
