I stayed here in November 2025 and absolutely loved it. The hotel is right in the heart of Lisbon — just steps away from great cafés, restaurants and viewpoints — yet the street itself is quiet, so I slept perfectly. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed. There’s a coffee machine inside the room, and when I asked for a kettle, the staff arranged it immediately. The breakfast was wonderful as well — fresh, tasty and a great start to the day. What really stood out was the warm attitude from the team. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. I even asked for a coffee at the bar, and they kindly gave it to me for free — such small gestures make a big difference and create a very welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Once I return to Lisbon, I will definitely come back to Carmo Hotel Lisboa.

The location was amazing, right in the center of the downtown part of the city so very close to amazing restaurants and shops/wonderful vistas but on a quiet part of the street so we didn’t hear much noise. The staff was so warm and welcoming, made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable

We loved the location and the staff!
We had a tiny shower but loved the hotel and if we did come back would just consider an upgraded room.
