The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon and within walking distance of so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions.
The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I also loved the charming atmosphere of the hotel it felt elegant, relaxing, and uniquely Lisbon.
Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!
The only downside was that I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location and lovely staff. Room w great - needed more drawer space but otherwise very nice.
Dont like having to stnd n a bath to have a shower, the bath floor is slippery and there werent any grab bars.

Excellent in every way. The staff were friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to make our stay the best possible. The food and service in the restaurant were also superb.

I liked the pick up service at airport and hotel was nice
I thought it included breakfast and that was why I booked. Booking.com should not advertise it if hotel does not honor it.

Staff was very kind, Recommended me a good place to see Portuguese Fado.
When we arrived it was early, but the room was ready, so we've got it immedeately.
The windows/ french balcony doors were to the main street and I thought it may be noisy, but in fact I didn't hear anything after closing window doors. The location was fantastic! Just opposit the Carmelits monastery ruins.
The invoice that I asked was not given as promised with luggage, but after claim via email - I received it later on.
