We had a pleasant stay. The location is phenomenal, right in the middle of a buzzing area (although you cant hear any noise through the windows). Nothing to complain about the room, we even had a little balcony. Comfortable bed and clean facilities. Service and staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was good, but not incredible. I wouldnt rate it "exceptional" as it is on booking, but it was still good.

The staff is amazing !! Right when you come in I felt a warm greeting!! But what I enjoyed the most was how spotless everything was and how comfortable the bed and the shits were!! Definitely a place to go back!
I found it really hard to park my car... But even that wasn't that bad because I found places in Lisbon I've never noticed!!

Lovely boutique hotel near Plaza Rossio, excellent staff, wonderful welcome, excellent breakfast
Walk up 140 stairs from Plaza Rossio, no phone directory in the room (ie, what # to call for reception), TV did not have video AirPlay, insufficient lighting in the room

I loved how large the room was and nighttime was very peaceful. The location is central and offers easy access to different landmarks. Loved how clean the hotel was and the different amenities in my room. The hotel offers a complimentary bottle of water per day and I found that useful and kind!
I didn’t have a fridge and I would have appreciated a water boiler. On the last day, I was struggling with my suitcase so I had to get another one. The personnel was kind enough to extend my check out hours, but I found that they spoke to me in a bit of a dry way which I didn’t really like because I was already stressing and had to find a suitcase last minute. I would have appreciated their kindness in that moment but that’s the only negative comment from me!
