They met all our expectations for a 4-star hotel and exceeded them with ease. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the room was spacious, elegant. clean and silent, breakfast was amazing. Cleaning staff came on a daily basis and the on premise restaurant was available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great breakfast, location and staff.
Quite dated hotel, with no additional facilities. Expensive for what you get. Ironing board and iron are in terrible state. The room quality is variable, stayed here twice with the first time having a lovely room and the second time given a considerably more dated room which smelled of sewage pipes on the first night until after having a few showers.

Nice hotel located in the popular Chiado district of old town Lisbon. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many good restaurants, shopping and attractions. If you want to dine in, there’s a top notch restaurant within the hotel as well.

Everything, forma the location, to the staff , room and breakfast. Once we check in ( early 11am ) the receptionist without asking nothing gives us a room and upgrade us ( by chance ) , I get in love with the smell of the room , and how the bed are comfortable. The breakfast was just excellent , a variety of charcuterie, cheese, salmon, fruit, eggs, bacon, pastry , bread etc… really complete, without forgetting the amazing staff, welcoming, nice , and the costumer service top top . The next day while we asked for a late check out, we had zero problem for it. I recommend this hotel 100% and we will definitely come back . 10000 thanks for everything

Very strategic location besides the hilly climb . Convenient to get around to shops around the area
Bath room design - showering in the bath tub water splashes out easily and hard for ppl who have hard time climbing in out from the bath tub.
