Checkin very quick and efficient, spacious and well maintained room, large and comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet, underground (metro) station Campo Pequenho very close
A lot of traffic noise getting into the room due to poor windows, very busy street also during the night

The location and ease of access , the staff were friendly and the breakfast had great options
The hotel is dated, the AC kept tripping off, the room on check in had a smell, and for the price the rooms could have been larger

The hotel was perfect for an anniversary visit and a relaxing stay in Lisbon. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a beautiful (and huge!) room, an easy check-in process and quick support for any questions that came up. The pool was a wonderful plus, where most evenings my partner and I would have an evening drink and watch the sunset over the Lisbon skyline. The breakfast was bountiful, with lots of options and it's just a short walking distance from several major transit stops. Would highly recommend a stay with Jupiter Lisboa Hotel.
The number of beds are reasonable, considering the size of the pool; however; the chairs are often unavailable, due to the number of guests "holding" a chair with a towel or personal belongings. While you may not be able to find a sun lounger, there was adequate chairs and dining space to use.

The room was amazing! A corner unit! Loved the space and the extra living area, very comfortable.
The location was a little far from the centre, so we always had to take a taxi.

The rooms were nice and bright, comfy beds, a nicely decorated property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to the metro, stores & restaurants.
The walls were a bit thin, when someone was in the hallway it was quite loud; luckily this didn’t happen often.

The people working here are amazing, rooms are specious and clean. The swimming pool is just icing on the cake :) Gym is also in a nice space with lot of equipment.

We liked it all. The pool was beautiful and the service at the pool restaurant was exceptional but the breakfast was unbelievable! Great selection of food and coffee choices. The best we had in our ten day vacation! The location of the hotel was convenient to both attractions and the airport. We only wish we could stay longer than one night.
