Hotel was really nice. It’s not super central which we were aware of but we hopped on lime bikes and there is really good bike lanes on the way into town so we got in in about 8 minutes. Safe area. Some nice food places not too far away if you don’t fancy going all the way into town. Not many bars (or any) around though if you do plan to come back to hotel for your last drink before bed.
There’s actually two pools - a paddling pool which is fine to sit in and read a book and then the main swimming pool.
Staff are really nice. We managed to check in an hour or two early and they didn’t make a whole song and dance about it, they just provided the room key.
Rooms are very clean. Bathroom is a good size and has good space on the counters to leave products. Good storage and has a mini fridge. Could do with more hangers but I feel that way about all hotels!
There’s not enough sun loungers- there’s definitely room for more but for some reason they don’t put more out - seemed to be a pain point for anyone we spoke to by the pool.
Every day we went up, no matter the time of the day there were no sun loungers - one day we didn’t get one at all despite being up there 3-5 hours and then two other days we were lucky to get them just as someone was leaving..
The hotel need to implement a proper process- we saw lots of people walk off for hours leaving their sun loungers with their towels on them. You pay €20 a towel if you lose the towels or don’t bring the card back the end of your stay.
The people working up by the pool should just remove the towels from the loungers if people aren’t back in a reasonable amount of time (like 15 minutes) otherwise it’s very unfair.
If you wanted guaranteed sunbathing I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel- we actually nearly selected one closer to town but didn’t because the reviews said there weren’t many sun loungers so we thought this would be better.
Finally the sun loungers are attached (come as a set) so if you wanted to go up alone it’s a bit awkward.
In addition - not a huge pain point because we went out every night but the bar could do with a bit more interior design inspo. It’s very clinical and not very inspired - I think it they created a nicer space more people may have a drink at the end of the night or before they go out for dinner.

The rooms were nice and bright, comfy beds, a nicely decorated property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to the metro, stores & restaurants.
The walls were a bit thin, when someone was in the hallway it was quite loud; luckily this didn’t happen often.

Easy check-in and room service on time. Facilities were good enjoyed both pools. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location and outside super market was available . Towels were fresh and bed made every day.
Ac made too much noise. There was a cockroach in the bathroom but expected in hot countries. May be fumigate it more.

Excellent friendly staff, clean facilities, comfortable room. Good location with excellent transport links.
Evening buffet selection may not be best option in hotel restaurant, however, bar food menu is reasonable.
