The staff ! They were exceptionally calm, collected, helpful and nice and also the breakfast was wonderful as well as the spa pool area, clean and well looked after. Our short stay was made wonderful by the whole hotel staff team who were all 10/10.
Better room entertainment services needed.
More films for children.
There was one small room service issue. I didn’t bother complaining as was tired but knew had I called, they would have sorted it out instantly.

Lovely clean hotel with nice rooftop pool and bar with reasonably priced drinks. Friendly staff and room was cleaned every day.
It was more in the business district (which we knew before going) so is a taxi ride or 30 minute walk into more central Lisbon.

My recent stay at the Jupiter Lisboa Hotel was, on the whole, a pleasant experience, largely due to its excellent core offerings and the staff.
From arrival, the staff were incredibly welcoming and consistently helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or needs, which enhanced our stay.
Our room was good – comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, though we did note the absence of an iron and ironing board, which would have been a useful addition. The hotel's decor throughout is very pleasing and modern, contributing to a stylish atmosphere.
The location is truly a major asset. It's wonderfully convenient for accessing Lisbon's public transport, with the Metro station just steps away, making exploration of the city effortless. Taxi pick-ups were also incredibly easy, making evening outings a breeze. We chose to dine out every night in Lisbon, and the surrounding area offers a fantastic array of restaurants and eateries to choose from.
However, there were a couple of areas that fell short of expectations, particularly concerning the leisure facilities:
The rooftop pool area, while a lovely idea, is simply not large enough to comfortably accommodate the number of guests the hotel can hold. We frequently observed people constantly circling, trying endlessly to find an available sun lounger, as there genuinely aren't enough, even though there appears to be space to add more (perhaps there are specific rooftop restrictions). The pool itself is quite small and, unfortunately, overlooked by an adjacent building, rather than offering a more expansive view onto the main street with its nicer building facades, which would significantly enhance the ambience.
We also opted to use the indoor spa facilities, which came at an additional cost of approximately €45 for two adults. While generally functional, this area also had its drawbacks. We were required to purchase a mandatory waterproof headcap for pool use, yet frustratingly, many other guests completely disregarded this rule, which was disappointing to see.
Furthermore, the sauna's timberwork was noticeably worn and produced constant squeaking noises (likely due to shrunken timbers), indicating a need for maintenance. The steam room was acceptable, but the efflorescence staining visible on the tiles gave it a somewhat dated appearance.

Larger room accommodated our family of 3. Bath tub was huge which my daughter enjoyed. Breakfast buffet was excellent variety.

Asked for an iron 2x never received either until last day got more coffee from housekeeping.

Raised issues as they arose but not all dealt with, only minor issues.
Metro station right outside but some may prefer a location closer to more going on.
