Raised issues as they arose but not all dealt with, only minor issues.
Metro station right outside but some may prefer a location closer to more going on.

Great staff, lovely breakfast and nice communal pool area.
Air con was not very good and we needed to change rooms at 11PM. Staff were excellent sorting the move

The noise coming from other rooms. Both sides and above us. I had to call reception every night to complain. We asked to move rooms but there was no availability.

Noisy air conditioning in room, price of house wine at pool bar!€6.50 for all cheap house wine. When at a restaurant you have choices and cost is €2.90.

Facilities were amazing. The rooms were clean. We were welcomed with drinks and desserts. Staff at the bar, pool and desk were friendly and helpful.

Close to centre but far enough away to be relaxing and cheaper than hotels right in the old city. Loooooved the rooftop pool and friendly staff.

We had a lovely stay. Rooms are comfortable and everything works well. The breakfast buffet was great and we liked the restaurants in the area. It feels like more of a residential area, not too touristy, which we like.
The hotel is near the metro so it’s easy and quick to get around. We enjoyed the pool and the staff are friendly!

Wonderful
Incredibly comfortable bed and rooftop pool and bar in the evening was perfect. Parking in the building was very convenient and staff was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic stay!

woould have liked to have air conditioning in my room as expected. The room was hot and I brought it up with the staff and they indicated there's nothing they can do about it. After about 5-6 times, they finally moved me to a different room, but I had to spend about 36 hours in a non-air conditioned room while outdoor temperatures were 37C or 97F

Good location close to metro. Lovely clean hotel, great facilities and excellent staff. Breakfast was good too
It’s on a busy road with lots of noise from cars and sirens at night. We requested to move room after first night and we were accommodated with no issue at all.

Very Good
Beds comfy , staff lovely and helpful , buffet breakfast good choice of food and drink with vegan and GF catered for. Dinner buffet style as well . Ate in once for dinner and once for bar food both delicious . Metro 5 mins walk , lots of choice for eating with 10-15 mins walk and all tastes catered for. Room size and storage were good and a large bathroom with amazing shower.
On an main avenue a fair amount of noise. Extra charge for fitness suite.
