Beds comfy , staff lovely and helpful , buffet breakfast good choice of food and drink with vegan and GF catered for. Dinner buffet style as well . Ate in once for dinner and once for bar food both delicious . Metro 5 mins walk , lots of choice for eating with 10-15 mins walk and all tastes catered for. Room size and storage were good and a large bathroom with amazing shower.
On an main avenue a fair amount of noise. Extra charge for fitness suite.

This is an excellent hotel and we were really pleased with our week stay. Everywhere is clean and tidy, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was great, the food fantastic and the facilities top notch, although we only really used the roof top pool, sun deck and bar. Would certainly stay there again if visiting Lisbon.

Lovely hotel, great decor and style. Rooftop terrace and pool were great after a day sightseeing. Staff extremely friendly and professional.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were spacious and modern. The rooftop pool and bar was a personal highlight for us with a great view of planes taking off/landing. The breakfast provided a large choice of different food and the service was good. We would definitely stay again.

Great staff, lovely clean facilities
No later check out. Although staff were accommodating with alternatives. Could do with a few more sunbeds on roof.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. Hotel was exceptionally clean and nice looking. Metro right outside although I didn't use it, Uber and taxi never cost much more than 10euros. Over all really good.
The pillows in bed could be better but we didn't ask for different ones. The elevator is slow but that seems to be a theme in Lisbon.

Jupiter Lisboa was just perfect, appart from the fantastic roof top pool, comfortable rooms and clean, extremely helpful and very friendly staff the check out is at 12pm, what is extremely rare now days in hotels.
Also I like to mention that the roof top bar staff were very friendly and especially Irlen...what a lovely girl.
Metro station just outside the hotel, easy access anywhere, uber would cost in around 10/15 € to any part of the city as is right in the middle.
Airport 15 min a way.
There is sooooo much more good things to say about the hotel.
I would definitely be happy to stay in Jupiter again!
