Good location next to Metro station & bus stops. Food very nice & good selection at buffet breakfast.
Room clean but basic. Just one chair. TV in room had no channel guide or programme information. Rooftop pool small, looked inviting, but water cold & very windy up there. So windy that sun umbrellas could not be used. Communal areas in hotel such as bar area not very cosy, more like big corporate areas.

We were given a room as requested high floor at the front, so very happy with that.
Saturday, I spent most of the day on the terrace relaxing whilst my partner did some plane spotting. The room was a large comfortable corner room . Breakfast was ample and tasty.
The hotel is just a couple of blocks away from the concert venue that we went to.
There is a small supermarket across the road and plenty of restaurants in the area.
We got the bus into town from the stop across the road.
Getting to the hotel was easy just a few stops on the metro red line.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The room windows were quite dirty but fortunately the weather was good for plane spotting on the terrace.
The fruit juices seemed watered down at breakfast. Not what one would expect from a 4* hotel.
The bed was too firm for me.

When we checked in, the «door» (its basically a frosted slide door) to our bathroom didnt work. We talked to the reception but they wouldnt move us to another room although we hadnt unpacked anything yet or used the room. Instead they sent 2 guys to fix it - while we just had to sit there and wait. Couldnt use bathroom/change clothes/out an explore etc. After talking to them 3 times they agreed to give us the room next door. For a 4 star hotel this is lousy service, I have experienced much better in 2 star hotels.
The doors to the bathrooms really suck, and didnt really close properly in the new room either.
The location is bad - far from the city centre.
The indoor spa is not included and is pretty pricey.

They were accommodating in changing our room from one facing the road to a quieter side and also from a queen bed to twin beds. However, only plastic cups were provided, which we didn’t particularly appreciate. I had to request ceramic cups from the reception for my hot beverage. While it’s not their standard practice, they kindly made an exception. The pillows, however, were old and uncomfortable—you could feel the filling had crumbled inside. It’s time they considered replacing them.
Requires a uber trip to town ( about 7-10 euro).
There is a supermarket right across the hotel which was nice.

The sauna, food choices for breakfast and evening meal. Bar man on the roof exceptional
£10 Room service charge, cheaper to get a taxi to the centre of Lisbon than have your food delivered to your door. Also told we couldn’t collect the food and drink.

If w had had we had nice weather while we were there - the rooftop pool and bar would have been amazing!
As it's so far out of the main hub of the city you can find some really lovely (and much cheaper) places to eat and drink - shout out to 'La Repubblica 37' and 'Dote'
Uber taxis were approx £5 to town and same to the airport - so very reasonable to get around
As we didn't have great weather we decided to spend one of our days in the spa - felt harsh to have to pay extra for this especially as facilities were fairly basic (you also have to wear a swim cap in the pool!!)
Location was quite far out of town (45-60min walk each way).

The staff were very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was spacious too, (يوجد شطاف في الحمام). The breakfast was good. Car parking was spacious and easy access. They provided a baby shower bucket as well as baby shampoo, which was a very nice gesture.
The decorations of the hotel lobby and rooms are very dull and soulless. The furniture is slightly outdated. The building itself is old. The elevators broke for a little while during our stay, so we had to use the stairs.
