Staff were Fabulous! Reception in particular, offering recommendations for food - all of which were spot on.
Lifts were a nightmare. Random performance.

Really nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room
Was spotless with good amenities, bathroom was spacious with big shower. Rooftop pool area was great to have. Can’t comment on food as didn’t opt for breakfast any of the 4 days.
Location is okay and Uber makes it easy to get around Lisbon, but in hindsight for what we wanted we probably would’ve opted to stay further south near the old town. Minor issue on our part though.

Large clean rooms with great quiet air conditioning, large screen TV with a ton of content.Included in our rate was daily buffet breakfast. This included juice, coffee, cereal both hot and cold, sliced meats and cheeses, scrambled and fried eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, and a great choice of danish, bagels, croissants, many types of sliced bread and a toaster. The food was beautifully presented and tasted great.The dining room had ample seating and was well staffed.

This hotel has probably the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever experienced. Has a small pool which is rare in the city and in a great location. You’re very close to the airport and also within good easy access to the city centre and other locations
There isn’t that much to critique this hotel on. It met our needs
