It was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff was excellent and thoughtful. They made us feel special. The buffet food was excellent for breakfast and dinner. The staff in dinning room was very respectful and kind. I love the cleanliness of the dinning staff. They were also very accommodating. They have a very nice spa that unfortunately I had to cancel due to a cold. Hopefully next time. The atmosphere was beautifully and modern decorated. The hotel was within walking distance of a great variety of restaurants, metro and buses. We stayed there for 23 days and the standards of services was top notch. Carolina always checked on us and offered suggestions for tours.Front Desk staff is very polite welcoming and pleasant. They set the tone for the hotel and so everyone was the same.
Laundry service was a bit costly. There was no iron and ironing board in the rooms, however you can get one by asking. No microwave either even though we didn’t need one.

Excellent! Gorgeous property with a beautiful rooftop. Excellent location, very close to Metro station, and nice neighborhood to walk. Staff was super friendly and customer oriented. Facilities were great! Big room, very clean and lots of amenities. Amazing breakfast.

Nice fitness center
The fact that I stayed earlier. Had to leave because of a general strike in Lisbon. I asked for a refund. They told me to come and talk to them. I stayed this time. They told me it wasn’t up to them. It was up to booking.com. Booking.com told me it was up to them.

Stuff was amazingly good, room was big, they were cleaning it every day perfectly
The food was €17 per person, and unfortunately it was not worth the price. The scrambled eggs were not tasty, and overall the food quality was below expectations. If it had been €10 per person, it would have been acceptable, but at €17 it does not offer good value for money.
So spa, breakfast nothing was included in the price

Cleanliness & price. Front desk staff was helpful. Bartending staff was fun & friendly. The spa staff was great and accommodating as well.
Bed was not comfortable. It’s not close to anything, had to take an Uber to all other locations. There was a variety of food on the breakfast buffet, but cooked food was not really tasty. The housekeeping staff was unfriendly & they moved my personal items around, and I noticed small things missing after they cleaned the room.
