Everything was good. Breakfast was amazing with lot of options. Staff were great. Room was clean and big.
The bathroom has almost no ventilation so after hot shower, the steam remains in the bathroom or enters in the room otherwise everything was great

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and to a high standard. Our room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, great value for money and would absolutely stay here again if we visited Lisbon again.

The food was €17 per person, and unfortunately it was not worth the price. The scrambled eggs were not tasty, and overall the food quality was below expectations. If it had been €10 per person, it would have been acceptable, but at €17 it does not offer good value for money.
So spa, breakfast nothing was included in the price

Clean, comfortable room & bed. Lovely huge bathroom with large bath & separate large walk in shower.
Buffet breakfast excellent but buffet dinner wasn’t as good. Hot food not hot.
Rooftop pool & bar excellent. Plenty of sun loungers, tables & chairs.
Dining room staff unhelpful and abrupt.
Location not good - no restaurants or bars within walking distance for those with mobility issues.
