Roof terrace was a great amenity. Staff very helpful. Thoughtful cake and sparkling wine left in room on birthday.
Fresh bottles of water daily in the room would be nice. Persons leaving towels on sun beds when they are not there.

The location
The staff were insistent on us booking an extra room as we had my 8 year old son. They were refusing to give us a room. We had to cancel the entire booking and re-book with the hotel. It appeared as if the staff were on a commission basis and that cost another $800 Ca dollars to what I’d already paid initially to book the reservation. Not good- we were exhausted after our flight and had to discuss this in the lobby of the hotel. Really poor attitude at reception.

The location is good. There is a metro station - campo pequeno - right by the hotel. It is approx. 20 minutes away from the airport. 5-10 minutes to city centre- by underground. By bus longer. The pool is really good. The dinner is nice. The beds are also good.
For it being a 4 star hotel and quite pricey some things lacked. The breakfast is always the same. For a short visit okay but for longer might be repetitive. The room should have been equipped with appropriate hotel shoes, bathrobes and bathroom essentials. The view from rooms is nice but the windows are quite. dirty.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms, lovely pool and good size gym with equipment.
Sliding shaded glass door to the bathroom that doesn't properly close.

Everything at the hotel worked perfectly! And the staff went out of their way to provide kind service, from an exceptionally friendly welcome, through to great help at departure.
The location is good with useful public transport, the room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was great, the pool and bar terrace on the roof was really enjoyable. And I liked all the discreet recycling bins for the guests to use.

The hotel and room design are simple but coherent. This part is not a criticism!
My room was spacious with a seating area. However the sofa was against a wall , facing across a large empty space to a blank wall. It was bizarre and so uncomfortable . The sofa could have been placed to face the wall with the TV, or at least faced some art on the wall with a little rug and a coffee table in the empty space...

This city hotel had everything we needed, close enough to the airport, rooftop pool/bar, great friendly staff and a very comfortable room.
Spa and indoor pool available too.
Easy walk to all the main sights but far enough away to be quiet.
Decent breakfast, good artwork around the venue. A really comfortable 5 night stay after 3 weeks travelling, a good find.
Cannot stress how lovely and friendly the staff were.

Family suite was a good size and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Rooftop swimming pool is a lovely addition. Good location- nice to be away from the super busy central area.
The restaurant area is a bit sterile and the breakfasts got mixed reviews from the family.
