Overall, our one-night stay at the hotel went well. It’s a small boutique hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive. The location is excellent. Breakfast was very varied and truly delicious. The room was clean. We slept well.
Room 131 is small, but matches the size description on Booking.com. The ceilings are low. The bed is low. The balcony is just a passageway to other rooms. We had to keep the window curtained because it’s easy to see through. We didn’t understand why we were placed not in the main building with large windows, but in the second annex with plastic windows. There weren’t many tourists. The photos of the rooms on the booking site need to be updated and reflect reality. The staff explained that this type of room is classified the same as those in the main building, so we have no complaints about them. We would not want to repeat this experience.

I booked this hotel for the Lisbon Half marathon. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and my room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The breakfast choice was very good with fresh fruit and hot choices. The location is excellent to explore the city of Lisbon.

Good breakfast, provided Gluten free roll & muffin for me, after the 1st day didn't even have to ask. Excellent customer service.
Slightly out of the main area with limited public transport. Once we downloaded the uber app, no issues at all.

Spent 4 rainy days in Jardim Da Lapa in February, and we were well hosted. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and nice with art on the walls. You can use sauna and pool for free, which was very nice. The breakfast is worth booking all by itself, just a marvellous selection of tasty stuff.

Clean room, good shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good but not as expected by the description on the site.
I arrived during heavy rain that continued all day and upon arrival the reception manager did not look if the room was available, but looked at her watch and judged by the time that I was not allowed to check in rather than by room availability. I thought that that was very unwelcoming. Further she was having a conversation with a colleague that was clearly below her authority and talked very bad about another employee. The reception is small and even if I did not want to hear it, I could not avoid it.

This hotel is a little gem, an oasis behind high walls. All the facilities one would need, spacious rooms, delicious organic breakfasts, really helpful and friendly staff. Would really recommend.
