Everything was so wonderful. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Jonathan was without a doubt very helpful and kind. This was my first time traveling alone and I was really anxious and Jonathan really helped put me at ease. The breakfast was excellent, very delicious.
The only thing that was uncomfortable, was the bed, it was very, very firm. Staff putative comforter under the sheets for me and that was helpful.

Amazing hotel (yes review ratings are.well deserved), large room, availability of a pool etc..
Great staff, and very helpful.
Breakfast, meat option was not inclusive. Pork-only.
No fish-based alternative, especially given we are in Portugal.

The property was a lovely surprise, there is a beautiful pool and garden area. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
The location was not ideal as it was a residential area without restaurants.

Jardim da Lapa is a hidden gem in the district of Embassies. You enter through the garden door and are immediately relaxed. The tall trees are full of birds and fruit, The lawn is dotted with available sun loungers and the pool is blue and inviting. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are delicious, filling and varied. The hammam was available with 10 mins notice and everything was clean and well maintained. We stayed 3 nights and felt very relaxed by the time we left.
The pool was cold, but to be expected in April! Very refreshing when alternating between pool and hammam.
Not the hotel's fault, but if you are not an EU traveller the airport queues are horrendous and the driver we booked couldn't wait.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, lovely garden and pool. The steam room is a great added bonus. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and feels very safe.
The room wasn't ready until an hour after check-in, which was a bit inconvenient.

Nice room and beautiful garden area. Brilliant staff who were incredibly helpful and attentive.
The room was a little small, but very comfy. The pool wasn’t heated which is a shame as a previous booking.com Q+A suggested it would be from March, so no real opportunity to use the pool.

I book queen size bed which i always book, i came late at night first there was no parking anywhere on that public street i asked staff they said go to other roads and find there final i found far paid parking, then i after after change i laid on bed and bed had gap in middle i i thought its broken but i was shocked it was not queen bed it was two full beds two matter put side by side to make it wider but it was still short in length for me plus gap in middle, next morning i told to staff and he said queen bed is always like that two mattress put side by side…he thinks i was an idiot so he can tell any story, they do scams be careful .

We had a fantastic stay at Jardim do Lapa! Everything was great from start to finish. The place is cozy and welcoming, with beautiful, clean, and comfortable rooms, plus an amazing pool. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help — it truly feels like staying with family. They even remembered my preferences, which made the stay feel extra special. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!
