The hotel was small and quiet, with lovely large rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Fernanda It's a bus ride from most things, but the buses were excellent. We did walk back from the city centre a couple of times, but the hills were a work out!
The only thing that was slightly annoying was the sound of the planes overhead from the airport. Starting from 5.30am through to about midnight. However, the flight path seemed to be directly over the city anyway, so I think we would have had this wherever we stayed.

Tranquil boutique hotel on the outskirts of downtown.
The hotel is excellent and tranquil, with a beautiful courtyard and pool. It is located in a residential neighbourhood near a lot of embassies. Great for sleeping but to get to any restaurants, shops, museums, etc., requires a tram, bus or taxi.

Location. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was delightful.

Beautiful boutique feel to the property- loved the old European structures and decor. Well maintained with lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location on a quiet and safe street, but writhing just a couple of km from some of the best restaurants and streets. I walked home by myself every night after dark and never felt nervous or in danger. Rooms were cosy but neat and clean. Loved the little touches- a bottle of wine on entry and a couple of chocolates every day, just to welcome you back! Would definitely stay here again if Im back in Lisbon.

I was firstly greeted by a very friendly reception team. Hugo was amazing and explained everything and made me feel very at ease as I was travelling alone. The team gave me tips on sightseeing and where to eat locally and were always friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was very peaceful and it felt like you were in a little bubble and not in a bustling city! It also felt safe and secure.
I didnt want to leave. Could have stayed there forever. I was a bit disappointed that the bubbles in the pool didnt work and the outside shower was broken.

pool was great and it was a tidy place
my room was in a dated and downstairs, people could walk past and look in. The room was a mish mash of bits and pieces over the years and old. Very disappointing for the cost

Location
The breakfast was monotonous and undercooked. Each night at 3-4 AM the sprinkler was turned on near the door and we had been waking up because of annoying noise. It was terrible. Also when we had to check out at last night we didnt have a chance to easily reach the reception because of this sprinkler as the whole road was really wet and slippery.
