Exceptional

Staff were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of tasty meals. Room had good space and bed was superb comfortable to have a good quality sleep. Location is convenient, close to the Pombal Square.

Room was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom needs 2 hooks on the back of the bathroom door. 2 in the shower are insufficient. There was insufficient storage. One luggage rack was insufficient for 2 traveler. Had to wait over 1/2 hour for a second one. Nice to have 2 sinks. Unfortunately, that left very little counter space for toiletries. Most of the mirror in which to apply make-up or dry your hair was blocked by the TV. Could not use hair dryer in the bathroom since there weas no outlet for it.
