Location is great; easy access to city centre by metro or a walk. Nice decor and surroundings. Staff are attentive and willing to help.
Basic buffet breakfast with a few vegetarian / vegan options. It would be a nice addition to have eggs to order and speciality coffee, considering this is a five star hotel. Was a bit taken aback, when asked for late check out, as my child had developed a fever and we needed the room until the evening. There was no emotion or care shown and I feel it was unnecessary to charge me extra for a few hours extra stay.

Clean and comfortable fabulous breakfast and staff. Great service by the porters.
Poor concierge not interested in helping and too far away from the city heart. Lacks a snack area and bar and restaurant and bar was not very accommodating

I felt super safe staying here as a solo traveler from the U.S.
The accommodations were five star from the room to the exceptional service by the staff. I will always return here when I visit Lisbon.
The room service food could be better.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transportation. The hotel seems to have gone through some renovation recently so it is rather modern. Rooms are also quiet comfortable and quiet. The hotel restaurant is great along the service.
While the restaurant provides a good service and food, the breakfast room leaves little to be desired. The hot items were low in quality (baked beans with more sauce than beans, sausages seems to be half cooked), and service was lacking (seem we were ignored each time when we want to get some hot beverage, even when the staff are not busy). Gym is well equipped but could use some updating considering the price and service of the hotel brand represents.

Nice location. Generally quiet at night. Good maid service and turn down service. Staff was attentive and always there to open doors and help.
This is an old hotel. Furniture was worn. Still has carpet in the rooms. No outlet for dryer or curling iron in the bathroom. Shower has a half glass door that moves and doesn't block water. No outlets or USB ports by the bed. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Breakfast was okay, I felt it was lacking compared to other hotel breakfast in the area. It was too American and bland vs offering local fare and fresh vegetables.
Room Service. I was told it was 24 hrs ( for certain items on menu) then when I ordered at 10 pm, I was told it could not be delivered at 11 pm because they were too busy. I needed to take a warm shower as we were drenched from the rain storm. So I had to sit in my wet clothes for the food to come, then shower, then eat COLD food. Soup and Salad was over $50.
