Nice large room. Quiet at night. Close to many attractions and to metro and buses.
My room had a funny smell like it used to be a smoking room. I talked with the reception about it but they were not very interested.

The pillows were too thick enough to give neck pain. I’ve had a better breakfast buffet before. It’ll be nice if you’d cook the oats, offer fried eggs and sausages

The room had all the comforts for a business trip. Breakfast was more than adequate and I loved the cakes. As to the location, you are two minutes away from the main road in Lisbon and a few minutes away from many of the tourist sites.
I mostly like the location, but it is also a functioning hotel with a lot of pluses

. Shower screen needs to be longer as the carpet kept getting wet. Light from passage outside door very bright at night and shine under room door. No instruction for use of air con.

When you walk in it’s lovely and the car park is great.
The window in our room was broken so it was very noisy. There was also lots of black fluff in our bed. The room is also so small but made smaller by this huge unnecessary desk in the middle. We needed to check out early as my husband was sick and all they could offer was a credit to be used in a short space of time.

Modern and bright. Rooms great and very clean. Breakfast plentiful. 20 mins walk to centre
Noise from the nearby bar at night so had to shut windows. The area was a bit run down with the adjacent building being derelict. However these issues are not the fault of the hotel.

Nice natural materials. Clean hotel.
Breakfast couldn’t be ordered to the room and room service menu very limited. It was marketed as a quite hotel but there was a bar accross the street (with a terrace) that was open until 2am so couldn’t sleep before that. Booked a suite but it was on the first floor so it was noisy. The wellness center was very small and intimate, so it felt very uncomfortable to share the space with other people (we were there as a couple and there was 2 other girls who just layed in the very small sauna so we couldn’t fit in), so it would be nicer if the place could be booked also for a private use. The turkish sauna also smelled like sewer (floor drain too dry?)
