Large room, very helpful staff on reception
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. A strange setup with a bathroom, where there was no solid wall between bedroom and bv bathroom. Person in the bedroom c ould look into bathroom where shower was. Very odd. No food after 11pm. We arrived at 10.45pm due to flight delay, so had to go out to get food. Luckily a var across the street which was very good.

I liked staying in a part of Lisbon outside of the main touristy area. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room we got was great.
I have no complaints or negative comments.

Excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. Bruno at the front desk was really helpful with flight check-in issues.
Dark corridors; dark room with complicated lighting; breakfast was disappointing - hot items were consistently cold; no fresh orange juice; no pastries de nata!

A wonderful hotel with atmospheric decor . Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms a good size with excellent amenities. Parking on site with helpful staff. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant.

We used to really like this hotel, before Covid now it is in need of some renovation and refurbishing.Dirty old carpets, bathrooms with chipped paint near the washbasins etc.
