Spent so long waiting for lifts, I would have walked but the staircase was closed for emergency use only!

It was very clean and modern. Loved the addition of a fridge in the room which I didnt expect. Staff were very friendly and professional on arrival which was nice as I was a bit stressed due to BA/Heathrow failing to put my bag on the plane! Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Great location as well being near a couple of small supermarkets and convenient metro station

Clean and modern! Staff friendly and food at the hotel was actually very good
Location was just ok. It was a long walk to attractions. Still doable, but made it to be long days when you have little kids traveling with you
