There is no trash bin at any place within the hotel, neither at the floors or at the lobby. The restaurant needs to relook at the menu and the variety. Also the hotel price was a little higher than the other hotels within the area. The bar prices was too much higher than any places, the bar prices was expensive.

Cleanliness of full hotel was exeptional. Staff friendliness and assistance was excellent. This was many of our groups first trip to Lisbon and would happily visit again based on our hotel experience.

Hotel Staff was good specially Mr Khan, Mohammed and the staff at breakfast area.
We stayed at Iberostar Selection Lisboa for a family trip and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. We arrived early in the morning with our 1.5-year-old baby and asked for early check-in. The receptionist said there were no rooms available, but a few minutes later mentioned that premium rooms were available if we paid EUR 30 extra per night. I agreed because we needed to rest with a baby, but it’s ridiculous how a room suddenly becomes available just by paying more. The baby cot provided was dirty, broken, and ripped — clearly not checked before being placed in the room. On top of that, there was no kettle in the room. When I asked for one, they said the hotel doesn’t provide kettles. I explained we have a baby and need hot water for milk, but they still refused to arrange anything. This was very disappointing and inconvenient. To make things worse, the bed sheets in our premium room were torn when we checked in. They changed them after I complained, but how does that even happen in a so-called premium room for which we paid extra? Finally, on the day of checkout, they started calling right at 12 noon to remind us to leave, even though they knew we had a baby and needed a few extra minutes to pack. This was actually my second bad experience with this hotel. I gave them another chance after a previous poor stay, but now I’m sure — I’ll never stay at Iberostar Lisboa again.

Everything. The property is old and the decor is too old. The photos of the hotel you placed on your website is doctored- all false advertising and representations. That was why I cancelled my stay. This hotel is no where close to the sea but check the photo of the swimming pool. The photo has sea view. Please ask other guests who stayed at this hotel. The decorations e.g. the chandeliers which you coloured golden effect are all silver in colour. Booking.com needs to pay me back the money you charged me for late cancellation. The iberostar staff knew all the guests at this hotel complained very badly about the hotel price and so called’star’ award. The 5* rating is a scam. Please payback the money you deducted else, I’m ready to take this matter further. Thank you.

Fantastic place. We especially enjoyed the peaceful outdoor pool area and bar which the hotel offered. We’d also like to mention Ricardo, who made us feel completely welcome from minute 1 (good luck with your ideas Ricardo). We had an entirely pleasurable stay where the staff couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you.
