Location was great and staff friendly
Beds were not comfortable, pillow were flat ! Its not a five star hotel more like a three star hotel The rooms do not have double windows to cover up the noise of the streets! No blinds so the sun enters the room early morning!

The hotel was great, staff brilliant (Camilla on reception was particularly superb and a real credit to the hotel), food selection impressive and delicious, location fine (easy access on metro to whole city). Was a little pricey but suspect this was because Taylor Swift was in concert.
There wasnt much to dislike :-)

Lovely staff. Nice and clean. Location not too far from the old town areas.
Not the properties fault but the sound of construction and cranes drilling all day made the pool area rather hard to relax. We had no working TV in our room. Someone came to check but nothing was done about it. After a long day of walking the hills around Lisbon centre it would have been nice to watch some television in bed. Rather poor from a 5 star hotel

The friendly people working in this hotel are keeping this hotel alive. Complains are ignored by the hotel management.
Room facilities & maintenance does not correspond to a 5*Hotel. You may get better options around for the same price.

The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing, everything is in walking distance in downtown Lisboa. Very modern and high-tech hotel, clean rooms, nice smell, quiet and peaceful resting and perfect breakfast for a long day.
I have absolutely no problems, it was my second stay here.

Check in was very slow, needed to provide our details although they were provided on booking. Staff were not polished and seemed inexperienced. Did not inform us of the football celebrations in the street until 4:30am and did not even think it was a problem.
