That the lobby/reception is open 24/7 and there is always someone at the desk.
No dresser or table in the room. private room only had a bed, chair and sink. Tried to come into the room every morning, need a do not disturb sign. VERY loud, thinnest walls, it sounded like people were in our room could hear every sound almost amplified

Disappointing
The room was clean, and it was not very crowded.
It was quite far from any public transportation (15min walk). The breakfast was okay, but it was expecting more than bread and cereal. I disliked that all 4 of the bunk beds were right next to each other in the middle of the room and could have looked sideways and seen the next person.

the staff was amazing and the location was really good.
was really unclean under the beds, the bathrooms. the breakfast was too simple for the price and also they didnt have not even a dishwasher. the cost for the place doesnt equal.

I was surprised that there was free breakfast!
The breakfast was exact what you can expect from a free breakfast in a hostel lol. The street in front of the hostel was super noisy and the windows werent soundproof at all. Nights felt like sleeping on a highway

The location is very close to restaurants and all, and the common areas are nice they have games, a ball pool, bar, etc. The place was kept clean, and check in was easy.
I had many, many issues with the apartment I've booked possibly one of the worst I've stayed in (and it wasn't cheap). No windows, mold everywhere, no wifi, SUPER noisy you could hear people steps all night long , uncomfortable mattress... the first two nights I slept 3h only per night. There were no windows and lots of mold (the smell in the bathroom was terrible), the flush was constantly having issues and we had to manually flush, plus the wifi was terrible I was working from there and was impossible, I had to use my own mobile data to hotspot my Macbook in order to work (which costed roaming). I tried to get support many times during my stay, and couldn't get a hold of the manager. The staff said there was nothing they could do, and could not inform when the manager would be in. I've asked to be contacted by phone, but it never happened. There was no queue or waiting period for the breakfast, mostly because no one wanted to eat a dry cake with coffee that tastes like motor oil. We went there one morning and then decided to go somewhere else for breakfast everyday they say it's included, but trust me, you would rather spend money outside than eat that.

Showers- the best I've tried at a hostel
Location - perfect walking distance to main attractions and the train station/ public transport.
Beds- so sturdy and don't make noise.
Kitchen facilities - superb!
Staff - so great with suggestions and help on transport.
GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY! But Don't get breakfast included!
THE BREAKFAST WAS AWFUL.
Stale bread and cake for breakfast.
No savoury items.
No milk options other than soy and whole milk, which I am allergic to.
I was starving due to this and had paid extra for the breakfast option. It was beyond disappointing.

The downstairs leisure rooms were comfortable.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
Great location if you want to go out in the evening:)
The hallway light turned on every time someone went to the bathroom which was a bit annoying.
The breakfast could be a bit better.
The beds are not the best.

The location is fantastic, really close to key touristic attractions and with good transport connections to everywhere. Staff are super friendly, made me feel welcome and attended all my expectations.
My room was busy and people were noisy during the night. Unfortunately, I arrived home with bed bugs or flea bites. There is a need for the mattress to be changed or fumigated.
