The staff/volunteers were very welcoming and fun. Has a good common area and a bar. Fun activities every night.
Hammock being out of service. Breakfast wasnt that good. Never soap in the bathrooms. Showers had black mold and were very dirty.

I love the location and the breakfast, the staff is also really helpful and friendly. It was my third time staying there during my eurotrip, I kept coming back because the price is great.

I liked that people at the reception are very welcoming and genuinely trying to help when they can.
The breakfast options have good variety between 2 different bread variations, 2 cornflakes options, 2 types of jam and a chocolate spread, different milk options, 3 different types of juice coffee. Also indoor and outdoor options for sitting and having breakfast or sitting through the day in a shared space
Theres a coworking space where I worked from for a couple of times, its quieter than the rest of the place.
Cleaners were cleaning every day, so the place was clean enough the whole time.
Theres a luggage room for before and after checkout. I arrived earlier than my check-in time with a couple of hours so i kept my bag there and stayed in the shared space.
They offer a welcome drink.
They are always having some activity, movie night or party or something else.
I forgot my jacket in the bathroom in the morning and when i went back and couldnt find it, they were not able to help. They tried asking the cleaners at least but it wasnt there.
The room smelled very bad from shoes and other stuff. It was cleaned and garbage was taken out all the time but they could do better.

Amazing accommodation. Ive booked this accommodation for 2 different trips. Personal was helpful and rooms with showers were clean. The big plus is separate working space. Highly recommend!

The living area was good.
People gather & communicate warmly.
Location was good.
The beds were making a lot of noise at night with a slight adjustments.
The breakfast was constantly the same everyday.
Plus breakfast should have a non-veg/veg
Something with bread & butter should be added e.g. Omlette.
Also, people getting up late in the morning may not be able to have it as it is only until 10:30

This is one of the best place I will recommend to anyone who is new in Lisbon and needs a place that is home away from home.
