the room ( 4 bed fem dorm) and bathroom very clean and pleasant. the bedding was comfy and inviting. Close to the Metro, good supermarket close by if you want to cook your own meal!! We even had a balcony with a big sliding door looking down to the relaxing looking common area and pool in the back garden!!
The elevator seems a bit tricky at times....but there are stairs. Only a bit more complicated if you have a huge suitcase.

Amazing Staff, very helpful and responsive.
Rule of no food in the rooms; there was a kitchen and dining space for the guests, but it was not pleasant and welcoming space to eat there.

It’s a very good place, friendly, you can spend some time at the terrace or play some games. They have lockers so you can leave your stuff. Very clean communal space!
Our first room was extremely small. On top of that the bathroom was literally flooded and it wouldn’t work, smelled very bad and we spent 1 hour trying to figure out what to do. Stuff told us they would change the room the next day which they did. Other than that everything else was good

The hostal was in a really nice and centric area, you will get direct access metro line from the airport.
The staff are nice and smiley, offered me free upgrade.
The cleanliness: I think it could be cleaner, the share WC was super dirty, toilet paper everywhere, they clean every morning but it seems like it's never enough...
I chose it for the pool it had in the hostel but in the end, I didn't even go there since the experience in the dorm room was bad enough after one night to leave. The bunk bed was making noise when people moved in their bed, not to mention when they climbed up or down.
The locker was lack of hook or hanger to hang your clothes.
Also inside the room, only 1 or 2 hook to hang towels.
And in the shower, where you hang the towels and clothes, the water will get to it anyway.
I hope with small adjustment it will be a more comfortable stay in the future.

The staff were really friendly, the were super accommodating, I ended up with a suitcase way too big for their lockers but they helped by keeping it secure for me.
The curtains for privacy on the bottom bunk I was on were very small so only covered 60% of the opening where the top bunks are half wooden panel so had a lot more privacy

The location is good. The breakfast was decent, although pricey. There was enough space in the room.
There was some weird smell in the room. The curtains didn't really provide privacy and one of them was dirty on the inside. They didn't have locks for rent/sale in the hostel. The bathroom looked like nobody cleans it, there was paper only in one toilet, and no paper to dry your hands. The kitchen was connected to some construction space and there were pigeons in the kitchen.

Great location, easy access to all the sights, grocery stores within walking distance, and plenty of cozy restaurants to suit every budget. I especially liked the lobby and the overall vibe of the hostel. Lots of activities are offered.
One night there were to noisy after 11pm in the corridor, but I was easy with that...just overexcited young people
