Hotel is well located with entrance to Saldahna Metro (red and yellow line) at the front door, plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. There are only 5 rooms per floor, serviced by 2 elevators so it's quiet. Room is clean and lighting is good. Free bottle of water daily, an apple and a small package of cookies is a nice gesture. I like having power plugs beside the bed which is convenient for charging electronics.
Although the hand held shower works great, the top shower head is tricky to operate. You need to push the little knob and pull up the faucet handle at the same time.

A lovely gem of a hotel. Very convenient for getting around. Metro stop straight outside.
Nothing except a bar would have been nice for that end of the day final nightcap.

The staff was Amazing. There was an issue with my reservation they swiftly took care of it and were extremely helpful. The views were Beautiful even tucked away in the middle of the city. I would absolutely stay here again.
There was an unpleasant smell coming from the plumbing but i found that issue in various locations throughout the area so I wouldn't pin that on staff or upkeep. Housekeeping was phenomenal

The hotel is in a great location right next to the metro station, staff are super friendly, facilities are clean and modern, rooftop pool is an added bonus!
The beds in the twin room are very close, so not much space for two friends

I can found only one unused electric plug on the wall, nothing next to the bed. Had to unplug the kettle to access a 2nd plug.

We arrived before noon, so our room wasn't ready, but we were able to leave our luggage so that we could go on a tour of the city. The desk staff must have heard our tour guide, who picked us up in the lobby, say Happy Birthday to me, or else they saw it on my passport. Anyway, when we finally went up to our room around 6:00 after the tour, there was a little tray full of treats and a sweet note wishing me a Happy Birthday. When I told them how sweet I thought it was, they seemed really happy. It was just a warm and fuzzy moment!
I only wish we had had time to see the rooftop area.

Wonderful
Great location, clean, modern. Bed very comfortable. Water and apples daily were unexpected. Enjoyed the breakfast, and they even had soya yogurt and berries, salad, toast, pastries, and excellent coffee from the machine (no plant based milk). Metro is directly outside so easy to get to and from the airport. We were able to open the window to bring in fresh air.
A little light on the towels would be nice to have one extra. The room was very hot, and AC didn't do much to cool it. Heavily scented in the entrance, which was overwhelming (if you are sensitive, it could be a problem). The rooftop pool was nice but unheated, so with the cooler temperatures, we couldn't take advantage of it.
