Very Good
- Rooms were equipped with pretty much everything we needed and they even gave us a water bottle and some snacks!
- Shower pressure was good and bathroom was spacious
- Beds were hard, but comfortable enough
- Location is unbeatable. Literally in front of a very convenient metro station, close to many good restaurants and attractions by foot
- The noise level was a huge disadvantage. Even though the hotel was successfully blocking street noise, the noise from inside the hotel (e.g. people chatting in the hallways, doors slamming extremely loud at around 8am) could be heard so clearly that ear buds didn’t help at all.
- Even if people wanted to close the doors smoothly, they are just not well built. You just couldn’t easily shut a door without slamming it, and it essentially lets all sound through. The hotel really needs to improve their room doors.

Amazing views and excellent location. Less than 1min to subway made travel easy and saved us money. The breakfast was amazing variety, hearty and delicious. Such kind staff and clean rooms.

Excellent location and with clean rooms. Kind and accommodating staff. Quiet clean rooms with great city views. Huge delicious breakfast. At breakfast a few of us were chatting about how it’s even nicer in person than in the pics. Great decor, comfortable beds, great shower and each room has thermostat for temperature control.

The hotel was very, very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I paid for the breakfast last minute and it was terrific… fresh, plentiful and well-maintained.
I wasn’t able to find many dining options close by.

Breakfast was not included with my stay therefore I did not eat breakfast at this hotel
I didn't like the fact that I was cold a lot the heat did not work properly ... I could not get warm. I also did not like the neon lights. I have difficulty sleeping if the room is not Pitch Black and the lights that do not turn off that illuminate from some of the electronics were very irritating. I wish the hotel offered eye mask

We needed a place to stay before we flew out and we were tired of staying at the airport hotels so the location had a couple really good restaurants very close by which was good because it rained

Disappointing
Excellent recommendations from the front desk staff for dinner. The location is great!!!
Issues we had with the room were not taken care of properly or not at all. We had to move the beds to make it a "twin" room as requested after the maintenance man said they did not come apart. A very large door hinge including the screws fell out of the ceiling in the bath and almost hit me. "Oh well" was the attitute. We received 1 bottle of water per day for 2 guests and were told that was the hotel's policy.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms just steps from a subway entrance. The same subway line that goes directly to the airport.
The staff was great and accommodated our early arrival quite graciously
