- Rooms were equipped with pretty much everything we needed and they even gave us a water bottle and some snacks!
- Shower pressure was good and bathroom was spacious
- Beds were hard, but comfortable enough
- Location is unbeatable. Literally in front of a very convenient metro station, close to many good restaurants and attractions by foot
- The noise level was a huge disadvantage. Even though the hotel was successfully blocking street noise, the noise from inside the hotel (e.g. people chatting in the hallways, doors slamming extremely loud at around 8am) could be heard so clearly that ear buds didn’t help at all.
- Even if people wanted to close the doors smoothly, they are just not well built. You just couldn’t easily shut a door without slamming it, and it essentially lets all sound through. The hotel really needs to improve their room doors.

A sweet, comfortable, modern hotel. It is centrally located & close to public transportation. Many restaurant options in the area. Our new favourite Lisbon hotel.

The room was amazing, the staff was very helpful at all times, we didn't have a good view but that's normal so no problems there. One thing, there is no smoking area (for a smoker that's a issue), the window couldn't open fully to allow smoking at the window. Again, not a deal breaker for me as smoker but it could be a little different.
I'd like the breakfast to have a bit more variety, quality was good, just add more options, that's all

Having a parking place in front of the hotel. Not very practical to cross the avenue to the other side. But we were lucky and found a spot just in front of the hotel

Amazing views and excellent location. Less than 1min to subway made travel easy and saved us money. The breakfast was amazing variety, hearty and delicious. Such kind staff and clean rooms.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We arrived at the hotel early and appreciated that the staff let us store our bags free-of-charge while we explored Lisbon. The location is easy to reach via public transit from the airport.
The soundproofing could be improved - we could hear other guests on our floor having what sounded like phone conversations in the hallway. Fortunately everyone went to bed early and we didn't have any noise issues while we were trying to sleep.

Location, Good value
Some internal noise, sound isolation wasn’t bad but not sound proof. Door slamming from other rooms very noticeable. No outside street noise
