Wonderful
We needed a place to stay before we flew out and we were tired of staying at the airport hotels so the location had a couple really good restaurants very close by which was good because it rained

Disappointing
Excellent recommendations from the front desk staff for dinner. The location is great!!!
Issues we had with the room were not taken care of properly or not at all. We had to move the beds to make it a "twin" room as requested after the maintenance man said they did not come apart. A very large door hinge including the screws fell out of the ceiling in the bath and almost hit me. "Oh well" was the attitute. We received 1 bottle of water per day for 2 guests and were told that was the hotel's policy.

The staff is welcoming, perfect location near the metro, and the daily Apple and water were a nice touch.
All perfectly good for a short stay in Lisbon.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms just steps from a subway entrance. The same subway line that goes directly to the airport.

The pool is a no. There's no room on the deck, except a few chaise and certain guests monopolize it. Don't stay here if you want a pool option.

The location of the hotel felt very safe with a metro station right outside that provides good connectivity to the rest of the city and airport. The staff was extremely nice and helped us with all our needs. The room was big enough even with a crib, good air conditioning and various TV channels. The hotel has two elevators so you don't need to wait much time. The pool was very refreshing after a long day of walking. The breakfast was good and matched our expectations.
We extended our stay for another day since our flight was at night and we moved to a lower grade room on the first floor that was smaller which didn't bother us but the air conditioning didn't work so well, and in both rooms there was a problem with the TV remote in order to turn the TV on. The staff tried to help and came a few times to help us but apparently there is a problem with the sensor for the TV and the staff are aware of it. The pool area on the roof is a bit small but there's not much to do with it.

Metro right in front of the hotel perfect staff were very nice. Poole was great.
I didn’t know if there was a gym there breakfast was not included. I had to ask for shampoo how to adjust to the room size.

We loved the location- super easy to get to many museums including the Lisboa 3D- Gulbenkian and Banksy Museums. Also convenient to Versaille coffee shop for pastries and to the A Lidia Resturant for dinner- yummy! We took the metro from the airport and the Saldanha station is literally outside the door to the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very personable and it was nice to have two people there at all times. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was adequate but not as hot as we would have liked. We did not eat breakfast because we had to leave so early. There were cups and a coffee maker in the room but the choices looked old and we did not use.
We knew the room was small when we booked but there was no place to put a second suitcase except for on the floor blocking access to the small table and chair.

Good location as the entrance of Saldanha metro is right in front of the hotel and very quiet in the evening. Simple yet good breakfast and helpful staff. In late afternoon, staff visited our room to offer water, chocolate and coffee/tea. Extra treatment was a plus. Also plenty of restaurants, supermarkets & bakeries nearby.
