Very clean and friendly city hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. Perfect location for Metro, 20 mins from airport.
I originally booked for the pool in case we wanted some downtime but found the pool area was almost overcrowded when there were only two other couples up there. It’s a good facility but not for me.

The location of the hotel felt very safe with a metro station right outside that provides good connectivity to the rest of the city and airport. The staff was extremely nice and helped us with all our needs. The room was big enough even with a crib, good air conditioning and various TV channels. The hotel has two elevators so you don't need to wait much time. The pool was very refreshing after a long day of walking. The breakfast was good and matched our expectations.
We extended our stay for another day since our flight was at night and we moved to a lower grade room on the first floor that was smaller which didn't bother us but the air conditioning didn't work so well, and in both rooms there was a problem with the TV remote in order to turn the TV on. The staff tried to help and came a few times to help us but apparently there is a problem with the sensor for the TV and the staff are aware of it. The pool area on the roof is a bit small but there's not much to do with it.

Disappointing
The pool was what attracted me to this accommodation. I did not get to use it in the end. Room was fine - clean.
I felt very unwelcome - one girl at cs was nice to me but overall the staff were quite unfriendly. This was my first stop on my trip overseas and really negatively impacted on my trip.
Location didn't suit my needs in the end - quite far from anything. May have been remedied by helpful staff but they just laughed at me when I tried to ask for any directions or recommendations.

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, rooms are spacious and very modern. Location is great, right outside Saldanha metro station so very easy access to station, airport or more central areas. Plenty of restaurants very nearby. Roof terrace and pool is lovely. Brilliant breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again and recommend for a visit to Lisbon.

Very clean, modern, friendly helpful staff.
Could do with a little bar so you can have drinks around the pool. If you are not a fan of lifts, there are quite a few flights of stairs to each floor.

Hotel staff were exceptional during our stay. Went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. My partner and I were given an upgraded room which was spacious and well-kept. Rooftop pool area was small but was a nice bonus to use in the hot weather. Would definitely stay again if we came back to Lisbon.
