Roof top pool area was really nice great views of the city the staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, kind and bonny.
There inability to confirm we were getting a twin room before we arrived, it was fine when we got there and actually I think we were upgraded, so all was fine in the end

I was upgraded on arrival which was kind of the hotel staff. Great location next to metro for easy access to airport. Generally quiet though a few sirens overnight. Very clean and comfortable.

The staff were VERY helpful and always
happy to assist you. Very grateful to them for their advice.
The pool is a nice touch but it isn’t heated and was very cold even after a 26 degree day. We wanted a pool but didn’t use it as it was too cold.
The hotel is not in the centre so you have to use the metro and the area outside the hotel is a main road with few restaurants and not a lot of choice.
The traditional Lisbon is in the centre only so it’s not the best location to stay if you want that experience.

Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was modern and clean.
Booked on the basis that there was a pool but was closed. At no point was this mentioned in communications with the hotel and even at check in. Also couldn’t get the tv in the room to work but as we weren’t in the room much didn’t ask staff to help as didn’t seem worth it.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, staff very welcoming and helpful, excellent location
We knew the swimming pool was not open but woukd have been nice to be allowed to go up and sit next to the pool

The hotel was clean
You couldn't use the pool or go up there to sunbathe and there was no where else to sit to get some fresh air...or couldn't lock the patio door or the door in the bathroom. Staff a little moody and lots of noise coming from somewhere in the hotel every day to which nobody again told us about.

We loved the location- super easy to get to many museums including the Lisboa 3D- Gulbenkian and Banksy Museums. Also convenient to Versaille coffee shop for pastries and to the A Lidia Resturant for dinner- yummy! We took the metro from the airport and the Saldanha station is literally outside the door to the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very personable and it was nice to have two people there at all times. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was adequate but not as hot as we would have liked. We did not eat breakfast because we had to leave so early. There were cups and a coffee maker in the room but the choices looked old and we did not use.
We knew the room was small when we booked but there was no place to put a second suitcase except for on the floor blocking access to the small table and chair.
