Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was modern and clean.
Booked on the basis that there was a pool but was closed. At no point was this mentioned in communications with the hotel and even at check in. Also couldn’t get the tv in the room to work but as we weren’t in the room much didn’t ask staff to help as didn’t seem worth it.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, staff very welcoming and helpful, excellent location
We knew the swimming pool was not open but woukd have been nice to be allowed to go up and sit next to the pool

The hotel was clean
You couldn't use the pool or go up there to sunbathe and there was no where else to sit to get some fresh air...or couldn't lock the patio door or the door in the bathroom. Staff a little moody and lots of noise coming from somewhere in the hotel every day to which nobody again told us about.

We loved the location- super easy to get to many museums including the Lisboa 3D- Gulbenkian and Banksy Museums. Also convenient to Versaille coffee shop for pastries and to the A Lidia Resturant for dinner- yummy! We took the metro from the airport and the Saldanha station is literally outside the door to the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very personable and it was nice to have two people there at all times. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was adequate but not as hot as we would have liked. We did not eat breakfast because we had to leave so early. There were cups and a coffee maker in the room but the choices looked old and we did not use.
We knew the room was small when we booked but there was no place to put a second suitcase except for on the floor blocking access to the small table and chair.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, it was literally right outside the metro station & there were some good restaurants near by
It’s slightly further out of the tourist part of town, the metro being outside doesn’t make this a problem but I do feel it’s expensive for how far out it is (especially when they close the pool!)
I found out by chance 6 days before our stay the pool would be closed for maintenance, the hotel didn’t contact us to tell us in advance had they done so I would have changed hotels, (it was very clear on the website when I went looking for something else….this was NOT on there when I booked!) they said we could cancel without charge but that close to us staying this wasn’t realistic!
There’s a panel by the door to do with cleaning or do not disturb which stays illuminated all night which disturbed our sleep.

Good location as the entrance of Saldanha metro is right in front of the hotel and very quiet in the evening. Simple yet good breakfast and helpful staff. In late afternoon, staff visited our room to offer water, chocolate and coffee/tea. Extra treatment was a plus. Also plenty of restaurants, supermarkets & bakeries nearby.

Design & cleanliness
Corridors can be a bit noisy but wasnt nothering us as we are heavy sleepers and very quiet ar night. Just early mornings for those who wake up late.
