It so happened that I celebrated my birthday in the hotel. Staff has noted this, and I had a complimentary gift - a bottle of champaign. Thank you very much of the kind gesture, me and my wife really appreciate it.

For a three star Hotel in the capital city of Portugal, Travel Park Hotel ticked a lot of my boxes. The bedroom was spacious and pleasing to the eye. Even had a bath tub which I prefer. The decor is quite interesting with marbled hints of Art Deco.
Particularly enjoyed my breakfast. Scrambled eggs and the bacon was cooked just the way I liked it, unlike some places I have stayed in. There was enough choice and importantly did not feel squashed in with other fellow guests. Found all staff professional, pleasant and courteous.
Hotel is situated in one of the main Avenue arteries called Avenida Almirante Reis. There is a tube station "Anjos" very near and a Auchan supermarket next door. There is even an underground parking facility.
The central Air conditioner was easy to use. Outside was touching 33 degrees. I could lower the bedroom temperature to a pleasing cool 16 degrees.
Did not hear any sound bleed from my neighbouring fellow guests.
Pleasantly surprised and definitely return to this Hotel.
I would rate the Hotel 9.5

It was a lovely hotel, the staff were fantastic. We loved the courtyard a wonderful place to relax after a busy day exploring Lisbon. Great location to the metro and an easy walk into the sights.

Check in was quick but the room were not ready so we stored the bags. Rooms neat and clean. Spacious. Walking distance to the metro station and local stores. Restaurant Saborges de Goa serves delicious food. Breakfast limited but staff very good smiling
No tea kettle in the room. No slippers and dental kit. Maybe because of the hotel rating. Overall good stay. We hardly used any services. Iron is available on request.

Very neat, very accommodating staff despite the fact that our booking was very last minut, great breakfast!
I had selected a full bed option while booking through booking.com . The only room available had two twin beds.
