Not sure what was happening but all hours of the morning and sometimes at night there was constant knocking and dragging of furniture.

The location was excellent with my room over looking the street.
The foyer and bar were very nice with lots of plants.
The staff were very nice as well.

The staff were super helpful. The location was excellent and as a bonus the mini bar was complimentary and refilled each day. The rooms were very modern.

Beautiful furnishings, friendly staff, delicious food, amazing cocktails, location was incredible. Everything in your doorstep yet quite as well.

Hotel renovado, quarto muito confortável. Banheiro amplo e com chuveiro excelente. Ótimo isolamento acústico.
A equipe do hotel foi muito cordial e atenciosa, porém a equipe do restaurante foi bastante rude e grosseira conosco. Não recomendo, há várias outras opções mais simpáticas de restaurantes no Chiado.

Excellent in all aspects except the room size. Only aspect I was not comfortable whenever I request to book a taxi tgey alwYs get a private car and costing double the taxi fare. I would have preferred normal taxi

The staff was very nice especially the tall black/spanish gentlemen who checked us in. Unfortunately, I forgot his name but he was very welcoming, took care of our luggage and answered our questions during our stay.
