The location is excellent and the room was very comfortable and clean. Very close to amenities and attractions. There was no disruption with noise despite being in a busy area.

Hotel room wasn't very clean, under the bed was dirty, bathroom very tired looking. Staff especially at breakfast very unwelcoming. Breakfast room food was located everywhere and not easy to find! Hot selection of food often very cold and not replenished.

The restaurant is fine and the is good.
I did not like the treatment I received there. Even though I paid more than 600 pounds for 2 nights in the hotel, I was put in the worst room the hotel had, even though, the hotel was not fully booked and had much better rooms available and even cheaper in the Booking com site.
Basically, you could not open the small window as you could be sufocated by the dirty from the Air conditioners machines.
They only decided to give me another room after I got very upset, but by then I did not want to change rooms anymore, as they should not have given that room to me in the first place.
I think the hotel was racist towards me when offering to me that kind of room when they had better options that day.
