Location was great. Staff was good. Facilities were modern.
Ac didn’t work in our room which was in the fifth floor. Staff arranged for a mobile ac which worked but was noisy.

The location, service, attitude of the staff, and cleanliness of the hotel were impeccable. From the moment I arrived, everything was thoughtfully taken care of, and I will definitely be visiting again. It really is the little things that make the biggest difference. From the thoughtful gifts to the fridge being regularly restocked, every detail made the stay feel truly special and personal. Overall, it was a wonderful and wholesome experience that genuinely exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

A lovely hotel in a great location, close to all main attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.
Only one slight downside - nowhere to get a coffee in the hotel lobby.

The location was perfect - the center of the city, and also close to bus stations and a metro station for when we wanted to go a bit far from the hotel. The room was super convenient and clean, the staff were very welcoming and available for help, and the breakfast was great!

The 5min walk from Rosso Metro station was so handy after arriving from Australia. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, including public transport questions etc. Room was 603 on the top floor with a view. Super quiet (even though we were by the lift, heard nothing), comfortable bed, very clean, free minibar that was restocked daily and a gift of port wine and pastel de natas. 100% stay here again.

The hotel is on prime location on the heart of Baixa. So many restaurants, shops, close to everything. The stuff we're welcoming and kind. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. You couldn't here anything that's happening on tge street. We got free access to everything in the mini bar and small giftd like hat's, kit for kids with all the essentials for bathing. We will definitely come back
