Perfect location: within walking distance of almost everything you need to see and right in the middle of it all. Very safe area. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive. The room was spacious, with a super comfortable bed, and very clean. Complimentary drinks and sweets in the room were a lovely touch. I would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of the old City surrounded by restaurants and sites to see. No car required.
Very comfortable and well appointed room. The only thing lacking is a chair to lounge in . Reading in bed is a minor inconvenience

The staff helped booking tours and restaurants.
We were upgraded to a better room and
we even got a little welcome present!
The street where hotel is located is pedestrian only from 10am-10pm. Taxis are not dropping passengers even out of the window time. It is hard when you travel with suitcases...

The location is great. There are low end, middle end and high end restaurants, shops etc within 10-15 minute walking distance.
The hygiene: I had a bag M&M’s, I woke up the next morning they were covered with dust - the bag was closed. I asked for a blanket, they gave me one with brown stains on it. As soon as I walked into the hotel, I start to cough and sneeze - I do suffer from allergies. They were doing construction, and didn’t state or give a heads up. The put a party of 3 in the smallest room they had, to me, that’s not accommodating service.

The staff were very accommodating before I even left home. I had a private car waiting for me at the airport. I had help with my suitcases. I had a welcome gift, a refrigerator with free drinks, and a parting gift. I would stay there time after time should I travel to Lisbon again!

Well located. Nice room size, friendly staff
I not a dislike, but a warning, as it is in a pedestrian only street, our uberdriver was lost around the streets and it was for us a little confusing.
