Room was small, but comfortable. The pillows were great. Location is central to many restaurants and meeting places for tours. Very nice breakfast buffet.
Shower soap and lotion were both empty when we arrived.

산타후스타 엘리베이터 부근 리스본 관광하기 좋은 중심부 호텔. 바로옆 15E 트램 종점이라 제로니무스 수도원에 한번에 가기 좋았음.
Room 시설도 현대적이고 깔끔한 호텔임.
조식은 simple 했음( 맞은편 건물 0층) . 계란은 삶은 계란밖에 보이지 않아 약간 실망스러웠는데 나중에 물어보니 오믈렛이나 프라이를 주문할 수 있다고 함. 안내가 따로 없어서 주문하지 못했음. 메뉴나 안내가 필요함. 직원 2명이 매우 바빠서 안내를 못하는 듯 함.

Location was great. Staff was good. Facilities were modern.
Ac didn’t work in our room which was in the fifth floor. Staff arranged for a mobile ac which worked but was noisy.

The location was perfect - the center of the city, and also close to bus stations and a metro station for when we wanted to go a bit far from the hotel.
The room was super convenient and clean, the staff were very welcoming and available for help, and the breakfast was great!

Hotel renovado, quarto muito confortável. Banheiro amplo e com chuveiro excelente. Ótimo isolamento acústico.
A equipe do hotel foi muito cordial e atenciosa, porém a equipe do restaurante foi bastante rude e grosseira conosco. Não recomendo, há várias outras opções mais simpáticas de restaurantes no Chiado.

The staff was very nice especially the tall black/spanish gentlemen who checked us in. Unfortunately, I forgot his name but he was very welcoming, took care of our luggage and answered our questions during our stay.

staff were amazing and we were early on arrival and they allowed us into the room early .Breakfast was fantastic, gluten free options and so much variety of foods .We had dinner there and enjoyed the live Fado show. Hotel was very central and we could walk everywhere.
Someone next to us was having a party in their room in middle of night and we couldn't, sleep but upon contacting reception , it was dealt with swiftly , which was great .

The staff were helpful, the room was large and modern and generally comfortable.
The location is very difficult to get to. It is on pedestrian only streets for most of the time, except specific hours. I searched for a hotel with parking and this one was one of the few. While parking was available it was well off site and if you wanted the hotel rate which is only 5 Euro less, then you had to "just" pull over nearby and go into the hotel to get their card. In the mid afternoon it is unbelievably hard to do. If I had known the difficulty of doing this I would have just gone straight to the parking lot and paid the standard rate or booked a different hotel that had proper parking or valet. This hotel should not be advertised with parking. Any of the hotels in that area could claim the same but they do not, so I would say this is a bit of a stretch. That being said the location for tourism is excellent. The room AC was struggling to keep up. The rooms were well sound-proofed.
