An extraordinarily beautiful experience, where the little details make all the difference. Close to all the main tourist attractions. The staff is very kind and welcoming. I will definitely gladly return on my next trip to Lisbon

The location of the hotel is very good, and the design of the hotel itself is pleasant. The elevators look beautiful, and the rooms are nicely designed as well. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was good, and the shower had strong water pressure. In terms of room layout and comfort, everything was fine.
Unfortunately, most of my experience was disappointing. First of all, the reception staff behaved in a very strange and unwelcoming way. Their attitude felt distant, холодное и непрофессиональное. I was not satisfied with the level of service at the reception at all. Breakfast service was even worse. The waiters were constantly talking among themselves and with the kitchen staff, showing no interest in guests. No smiles, no attention, no proper service. It was obvious that they did not like their job and did not want to interact with guests. The quality of the breakfast food was terrible. For a 4-star hotel in Europe, the selection was extremely limited and very poor. The food was tasteless, honestly very unpleasant. Flies were sitting on the food, and everything looked unpresentable and not fresh. It was really disgusting to eat there. Cleanliness was also a serious problem. The breakfast area was dirty: dirty tables, dirty sofas, crumbs and stains everywhere near the food. It felt like no one was taking care of hygiene at all. The same problem existed in the hotel in general — dust, dirt, and crumbs were noticeable in many places. The room itself also needs better cleaning. Although it was spacious and comfortable, it was clearly not cleaned properly. For the price I paid, the level of service, cleanliness, and food quality is absolutely unacceptable. The atmosphere felt careless and unprofessional.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location in the city centre, but still very quiet at night. Walking distance to all the main sights and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was a good size. Well equipped with a lovely bathroom, with rain water shower. We received gifts on arrival and departure and there was a complementary mini bar (water, soft drinks and a couple of beers), restocked each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location could not be better. It is near the main strip in Lisbon, walkable to everything and the room itself was beautiful. The staff left chocolates wine and champagne and there wasn't much else we could have asked for.
Parking set up is semi annoying if you are bringing a car. There isn't anywhere to park and unload so you'll need to walk 2 blocks from the public garage to get to the hotel.

Wonderful
Clean modern room. Excellent location, within walking distance to metro and train station. Staff were very friendly and the treats provided in the room was a nice touch, they upgraded us to a street view room which was great.
The heating is centrally controlled and the air conditioning does not actual have the capability to cool the room. The temperature displayed on the thermostat is not the temperature of the room. The room was uncomfortably warm (hitting 26 degrees at one point) which lead to very disrupted sleep. The hotel staff were nice and sent someone to look at the air conditioning, but as the capability to cool the room is seemingly not enabled in the winter months, all they could do was switch the air conditioning to fan-only mode, which didn’t do much. We had to leave the windows open 24/7 to get the room to a comfortable temperature, which then introduced the trade-off of noise from the street outside. It’s a shame as the hotel is otherwise absolutely perfect.

THIS IS A PERFECT LOCATION!!! The hotel was right in the center of the town and close to various stores and resturants. The alley way where the hotel is located has a least 4 resturants steps away. Although the resturants appeared to be tourist traps, at least you have the option of not going far for food. The hotel staff were increible!! They were helpful and very pleasants. The hotel rooms were awesome and the shower in the room was awesome.
Only minor suggestion would be to have a mircowave, but they may not be the norm for Portugal.

The location overall was great. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping (retail stores). Our hotel room was overall clean, tidy and organized. Roomy enough for two of us. There was some mold in the corners of the caulking in the shower. They provided us with a welcome bottle of Tawny Port and Pastel de Nata for our stay. That’s was a great touch! They had a bar in the lobby area with happy hour every day from 4-6pm with a great selection.
It’s in the center of town where the streets are closed off for restaurants to serve in the middle of the street. In the early morning hours and after restaurants are closed, lots of noise from employees cleaning up and putting away tables and chairs.
