Bed very comfortable. Shower was nice.
There were not enough outlets in the room. I had to plug everything in outlet one that didn't have a table. The fact that there was no coffee packets or tea bags was very disconcerning. Also there was not a place to plug in the tea pot. I could not get the refrigerator to be cool.

Excellent service. Beautiful Breakfeast.
We had just a few hours to sleep before catching our plane, but needed to ask for another room because of the smell of cigarette smoke inside the bedroom.
How can you allow smoking inside the facility? There was an ash tray in the varanda. Smokers usually dont respect their designated space. You should not provide ashtrays as you are allowing smoking in your facility. Sad.

Great hotel with very large rooms to accommodate families. Perfect location for catching a morning flight, especially with the early breakfast buffet option. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel's parking garage fills up, so we had to find street parking overnight.

Very clean and staff were extremely nice and helpful, anything you needed they were on it right away . Breakfast was really good a lot of variety to choose from
Halls ways are extremely hot no A/C mini fridge was not at all cold no ice machine in hallways

The hotel was close to the airport, but still walkable for food and drinks. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and a great way to start a long travel day.

I booked it because it had a parking lot. We arrived and the parking lot was full? They should have stated that parking is limited. They recommended a new place that we couldn’t find. We had to park on the street, but I had to walk in the dark with my kids.

The hotel location is excellent. It's very close to the airport, and next to good facilities for someone that is just transiting through lisbon. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly.
To be honest, there were no points that our family did not like.

We stayed at Hotel Roma for just one night, but it left a very positive impression.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The hotel is also only about a 15-minute drive from Lisbon Airport, making it an excellent choice if you have an early morning flight.
We particularly enjoyed the view from our balcony. It was interesting to watch planes landing in the distance or youngsters playing football.
Although the hotel is next to a busy road and railway line, we stayed on the sixth floor and the outside noise did not bother us at all.
There are only a few minor things that could be improved. The bathroom sink faucet is a bit too short, making it less practical to use. Also, when turning on the tap, hot water comes first and you have to wait a while for cooler water. It wasn't a major issue, just something we weren't used to.
Parking can also be challenging. Since the hotel is located in a densely populated area, finding a parking space—especially in the evening—can be difficult. The hotel has its own parking, but spaces are not always available. However, the staff were very helpful and advised us where we could park nearby.
