It was far from city center.

Conveniently located near subway stations and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and cafes. Good price.
Felt like travelling in time, it urgently needs reformation. Furniture is dated, pillows and linens could be replaced. During our stay only one of the lifts was working and the breakfast was subpar and served in a basement without windows.

Super comfortable and all employees were really nice.
The breakfast options can be improved, lactose free products should be easily accessible. However this is just a detail, the food was tasty.
Parking is not easy.

The room was exceeding all our expectations, very clean and spacious. Baby cot was super neat and tidy. Breakfast was great; loads of options for food and drinks, all veggies, fruits etc were fresh.
Breakfast room was way too small for the amount of guests, it got super busy and crowded. Not enough tables so people ended up taking trays and eating breakfast (assumably) in their rooms.
The staff at the reception were not welcoming at all upon our arrival. You could have expected a warm welcome especially as it was a Christmas Eve. Staff at the breakfast room felt also a bit cold and being in a hurry. Only exception was the main hostess who was going through all the tables personally and telling about the buffet closing and wishing you a Merry Christmas.

The location is really amazing and it’s easy to get by subway, the subway station and train station located just in 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were really kind and they made a check-in and checkout just in a few minutes.
The only thing that I didn’t like is the soundproof, there is no soundproof at all. From outside u can hear the trains passing by, but one of the main problems was the noise from inside, u can clearly hear how someone next to ur room is taking a shower, talking or even walking.
