Close to the airport as we arrived late and were traveling to Lagos the next day. Very comfortable bed after a long day of travel. The staff were very helpful in getting us settled and helping us find a place for dinner.

We booked the standard room and got a free upgrade to the next category. The room we stayed in was large, well-decorated and very comfortable, with a great bed and a good bathroom. There were elevators in the hotel. The service was good and efficient.
The hotel is located in a safe upper-middle-class neighborhood. It is a 12-minute metro ride from the main station of Lisbon's tourist area and, in normal traffic, a 20-minute bus ride from the airport.

Big room. Clean as a whistle. Great breakfast. Helpful porters.
Winebar service very slow. No greeting. Ignored for 30 minutes. Yes it was crowded. Not enough help. Burger was good.

It is very clean and tidy, very convenient and close to a metro station making it easy to connect with transport link and airport. Early breakfast time of 0630 is a good option.
