The personnel was very kind and helpful. The bed very comfortable and the room very clean.
The internet was very good. The location is also convenient as the metro is very close. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and everything was in very good quality.

Excellent location in a very nice part of Lisbon. Subway right across street and handy for airport connections. Great breakfast, friendly staff and strong wifi. I only stayed one night but when I return to Lisbon I’ll definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was really good, with big variety of foods. The metro stop is right next to the hotel and there is a big shopping mall nearby. Surrounding area in nice and peaceful. We were satisfied with our stay.

Very clean and hospitable staff. Loved the bid bed too which was comfortable.
Place was quiet and breakfast buffet had a good selection. They even had indoor parking which meant your car is safe.
There was no aircon so the rooms were a bit too warm I ended up having to open the window for airing.

Very well situated hotel in the city center (next to a metro station). Very clean and spacious room. The parking was also very convenient.
The breakfast could vary day by day but overall was quite tasty and full.

Perfect location: metro station right in front of the hotel, direct connection to the airport, the shopping mall 5 min walking distance, supermarkets and restaurants near. Triple room suitable for 3 adults, one bed each, comfy and plenty of room. Clean and very attentive receptionists. Breakfast has everything you need, quite popular area and plenty of tables. Enjoyed everything and would return here.
During the day you could hear the planes landing towards the airport but they stop during the night. No issues with sleeping.

The room was very comfortable, and big enough for me. The area around the hotel was very pleasant and pretty easy to get around. The food served at the hotel was delicious and highly recommend breakfast or even a quick dinner. Having a small convenient store right across the street was very handy as well. Overall a wonderful experience.
The only two things I could think of were very minor. One, at night when I turn the fan on for the room, it really didn't make any noise, which was tough because I like some backround noise when I sleep. Second there were no tissues for anyone who has nasal issues, and also no washclothes. Not sure if this is a European thing, or I would have had to ask for a washcloth, but I made due without it. Like I said small issues (wouldn't even call them complaints) to say the least.

Everything in the hotel was perfect. I don't have anything to complain. It is a hotel that tricks you because it has a simple hotel facade and reception. But, the room is perfect, big room, very comfortable beds, big and great bathroom! Totally worth the price, If a ever come back to Lisbon I will for sure stay in this hotel
