They gave you a nice size bottle of water every day. Breakfast was a good quality. Just blocks away from the metro station.
There were only two electric outlets, one by floor under a small desk another by floor at the foot of bed area. The tea kettle had a short cord, make tea on the floor? Crawl under a desk to charge your phone. The windows had a draft and the wind would move the curtains, also making noise levels from street loud and hard to sleep. When I asked to move he said that all the rooms were of the same quality but gave me extension cords. Said including tea and coffee but you physically had to go down to the desk to get more tea bags
I don't think the carpet had been cleaned in a very long time.

Friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.
The location is also very good, with 2 metro lines at the doorstep and several good restaurants in walking distance.

Staff were fantastic- welcoming and very professional!High level service! Very clean! Fantastic breakfast.
Our room was quite loud- turns out our window was open but we had not opened it and never thought to check. I woke every 1/2 hour with noise from outside.

Good location if you are self driving from the South, very close to the bridge so no real traffic worries, 2 parking garages close if hotel parking is full and right next to San Sebastiao metro which is a main line down to the tourist areas in 2 stops..
Patio had clumps of previous guests old hair from their brush on it which was not very appealing....more attention to detail when cleaning would be ideal.
