Wonderful
Great location, away from the main tourist area of Lisbon but easy to access, quiet location, and good interior soundproofing, room serviced every day,, generous breakfast available until 10:30 am, bottled water provided every day, fridge in room, air conditioned, helpful staff. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and there is a metro station across the road that links to the airport and train station via the red line.
Noted location under flight path. initially, I thought it would bother me, but it really didn't. It would be an issue for all accommodation in the area.
The hotel is a little out of the main tourist area of Lisbon. Some might see this as a negative,
Laundry was too expensive for me to use.

Great location right across from Metro, including the line that goes directly to/from airport. Our room was large with a small balcony facing the back street, we used for a nice cheese and wine dinner one evening when we were exhausted from touring. Breakfast very adequate, nice choices of fresh fruit. Staff helpful with lots of suggestions.

The hotel was clean and the staff was polite. The room was comfortable and good size for one person.
The fact that the room had carpets and it gave me allergy when combined with air conditioner. I believe the carpet has to be cleaned more often.
In the shower there was hair from the previous guest.

1) The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
2) The hotel emailed me that if I leave the hotel before breakfast time, it will provide a breakfast package to me.
We did leave earlier before 7am on the last day to catch a flight.
The hotel provided a breakfast package to us in the afternoon the day before we leave.
Their policy and action to let the customer take some breakfast package did surprise us.
We really appreciated.

Excellent location, the metro station right in front of the hotel, the blue line of metro connect with airport, the aquarium, and city centre.
Cordially Staff at the reception, as well as the Bartender.
The Bar is open until 23:00 is an excellent option if you wanna take a drink and relax.
The room was very clean and with all the facilities that you needed.
The Bed was very comfy!
The Bathroom. The small size, made it difficult to move around inside.

The location was good. The metro right outside the hotel directly to the airport.
The rooms were spotless as were the public toilets on floor 1
The staff were very friendly and helpful with queries.
Pillows were not comfortable. They flatten as soon as you lie on them.
The breakfast did not have much for vegans. I bought my own avocados and yogurts for breakfast every day. There was fruit and cereals, but not everyone wants to have sugar loaded items for breakfast. At least provide some avocados and hummous or gilled vegetables.
The food items were not clearly marked for allergens. The server did call the bakery to clarify which bread did not contain eggs or dairy. It should not be necessary for staff to need to call the bakery to clarify allergens, all should be clearly marked.
A coffee machine was available for the room at extra cost. Thebhotel was not cheap, I would have expected this as standard considering I had to buy my own breakfast. Or at least a kettle.
