The hotel excedeed our expectations. The position is very convenient, just out of the metro station. The rooms are clean and spatious and the staff was kind enough to keep our luggage for a few hours before check in and even after check out. Would definitely recommed!

Lots of breakfast options, good location and very well priced.
The room was rather noisy, I could hear the people in the room next to me all night.
The beds seemed to be quite short (190cm).

The hotel is nice, well-located, and in front of the subway station. Surrounded by parks within a few minutes' walk, it's a nice place for short-term visitors. I recommend it!
Nothing that I dislike, but there is always room for make it better. So far, we enjoy our stay.

It was clean and spacious. Very close to subway station. Good location with lots of coffee shops and restaurants.
The water pressure is not the best.

Wonderful
It is situated at the opposite end of the Metro Red Line as the airport and Lisbon Oriente Station, making it very accessible if you are travelling by plane, train or bus. Situated in a very pretty part of Lisbon but not right in the touristic Center. The metro station directly across the street from the hotel entrance makes it very easy to get around Lisbon (and out of Lisbon using public transportation).
The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They patiently answered my numerous questions about the Metro both on the app and in person.
Our only concern was that the room was quite hot and we could not control the temperature to make it below 20 degrees Celsius. We opened the window which did the trick to cool the room down, but the street out front is noisy. We closed it order to sleep. The windows are super soundproof!! You cannot hear the street noise with the windows closed.

The breakfast was really nice. The room was big.
You can clearly hear the noises from the nearby street during the night. Moreover you can clearly hear the guests in the room next to you.

The location is perfect, with a very good breakfast lots of fruits, really very clean and comfortable, very friendly people, close to the city center, and very close to the underground station. Next time will be happy to come again!

Breakfast was excellent. There for was no coffee machine included with the room. If we wanted one we had to pay a fee.
Breakfast. On-site parking. 15 minutes away from airport. Great shopping and restaurants nearby.

Excellent l location. In front of metro station. Red line from the airport. Just this. Nothing to complain. I would give 10/10 for the breakfast, it was really excellent, if there was cheese, what you expect in the country where the cheese is like water, and fresh salad. Anyway, everything was in breakfast was delicious.
