The Staffs were friendly and accommodating. The location was superb. The cleanness was exceptional.The bad experience not property is the taxi drivers are scam . Be aware. These scam taxi driver will destroy your tourism industry of your country.

The location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. We were able to leave our bags in a secure location before checking in.

Everything was clean, comfy, safe and actually perfect! The staff were always so nice, kind and very helpful in everything. Would like to stay over again if I ever visit Lisbon. It was so central that I went almost everywhere by walking.

The location was great, very close to the market and generally to all the areas we wanted to visit by foot. Also, next to many metro & bus stations, which was really helpful so as to move easily and quickly. There were no noise at night, we had a nice sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a big variety. We enjoyed our stay, we reccomed it.

The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to city centre,shops,restaurants. Great value for the money. Room was very clean and breakfast was good Would stay again
The room could be a bit bigger but not really an issue A 24hr coffee/tea bar would be nice

Great location, near the subway and various bus stops. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has everything that's necessary. Very nice and helpful staff! Tasty breakfast. Very good price-quality relation.
Our room's window was overlooking a street with a bit loud night activity - wasn't a problem for us, but it might be an issue for some.

This hotel is in a great location, very central, close to many tourist attractions, and lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds, hot water in showers and great water pressure. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and provided local advice; very accommodating, ex: storing our luggage prior to check-in. Family-run business with excellent customer service!
