Great, friendly, responsive, attentive staff at the front and in the kitchen, good solid breakfast, great location 5 mins walk to everything you need, super quiet even when I was on the first floor. Wifi worked perfectly zero issue.
AC didn't seem to work...like it turned on but only for 5-10 mins and then turned off again and I can't figure out if it was monitoring the temperature of the room and decides to turn off or that's it. but going in March was cool enough to sleep without it turned on so I didn't ask the frontdesk to fix it/or if there's a tip on how to get it to work properly.

The hotel is in an excellent location, on an authentic street, in its quiet part. The staff are extremely kind. Everyone is warm and always smiling. They are available whenever anything is needed.

Our first stay in Lisboa. The hotel has perfect lication. The staff are very kindly helpful. Breakfast with not very big choice, but it was good. Our beds were very comfortable. We did enjoy our stay in this hotel.

The family staff was outstanding. Open hearted, patient, helpful, gave us a feeling of home. We were stuck in a very problematic situation and they gave us flexible terms that we never ever had in any hotel. Highly recommended!

Property is very clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They speak English very well. The included breakfast is great. Location is near all major spots to see in Lisbon.
Rooms were very small, but no big deal. Clean and comfortable.

There was no kettle in the room. or small fridge could have make a bit difference. Bed need to be replaced to better comfortable quality.
