Very Good
This hotel is very convenient for city centre travellers. It’s only a short 20-minute drive from the airport, on a straight road. Parking can be a bit tight for a large SUV.
The concierge greeted us warmly and immediately helped us with our luggage. All the staff were friendly and kind. We had a spacious suite with a balcony, offering a nice view of the square and castle. However, the windows weren’t well soundproofed, so it was slightly noisy at night. The bed was large, and the bathroom was adequate but a bit dated. Currently, renovations are underway, so I’m sure the room will be updated soon.
There’s a breakfast room on the 8th floor with a fantastic view of Lisbon, but the breakfast bar is quite small and offers limited choices. There’s also a second breakfast room on the 1st floor, with a view of the square and a spacious breakfast bar with more options.
A tip: the famous Tram 28, which offers a complete tour of Lisbon, stops right in front of the hotel. However, there are long queues between 9:30 am and 7:30 pm!

We stayed for an overnigh with another couple. Exceptional value, rooftop bar really good although a little windy! Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful. Food good.

The staff are are friendly and nice.
The room size is large.
The hotel also provide welcome free drink and discount on some food or meal order in restaurants
This hotel is very custom focus, they send you a survey to ask for feedback.
We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. In the survey, I noted that the bathroom although is tidy but out of dated and lights are dim. The grout of tile are dirty with dark marks. On request for a room with a better bathroom, the hotel staff has been very nice to assist, however, the room exchanged is not better or maybe worser from a customer usage viewpoint. The toilet didn't have enough space in front.. customer find there is insufficient space as the front is the water basin. The hair-dryer is absolutely an antique piece of There is no vanity bench top in this exchanged room...There is also no spoon in the hotel room, making it difficult to male a coffee or so. Disappointed with the above especially for the price paid.

Door men ,Bell boys .Excellent assistance with luggage .
Check in speedy ,very efficient, polite ,helpful and friendly .
Roof top bar .These guys are amazing ,super helpful and pleasant.Food and drink very good .

Sadly the rooms have no sound proofing what so ever .We were very very unfortunate to have guests above us that kept us awake until 2 am in the morning .It was like the neighbours from hell ,they were so loud it was almost as if they were sharing our room .
Also there is no double glazing so I advise you not to have a room with a city view ,as you get all the noise from the street as well .
Although the breakfast was very good ,it was spoilt by having to wait a long time for coffee.The waitresses didn’t seem to want to help ,just 1 waiter who was very helpful and pleasant .

We had a stunning view from our room and also from the room where breakfast was. Breakfast was very good, and included delicious fresh fruit. Very central location. Our room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is well placed for walkin̈g to most of the historical sites, restaurants, and shops in old Lisbon. Very good service and a rooftop bar with beautiful views. A great find!

The common areas were very nice but the toom itself was not that great
The area was not the best and there were some homeless people around the hotel ( you can imagine the vive we got from our hotel)
The east side of rossio square was not the best area and the best part is west side of it
The hotel room equipments were not the best it was really old building with old AC ( it was working but all thermostats were super old so there is no way you can set it up properly
Overall i wasn’t the fan of the area but the staff were supper friendly and nice

The staff and facilities at the hotel were excellent. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful to us, the breakfast was a great addition and the location of this hotel was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the centre of Lisbon.
There could've been slightly more variety with breakfast, however this is really "nit picking".
