It was my partners birthday during our stay and much to our surprise a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room. When I asked at the reception how did they know they said we saw it on her passport. A very nice touch by the hotel. In addition the receptionist "Lose" was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.

This is a very comfortable hotel within a short walk of all the sights in the town center. Most rooms have a fabulous view! We had breakfast on the top floor also with an amazing view. The hotel had a rooftop bar that was fun in the evening to watch the sunset.
This is a very large hotel, 200 rooms or so, that caters to large groups. During my stay, there was only one elevator working. There were times when there was a line to use the elevator.

The staff were really helpful. The hotels location is perfect for getting around the city and close to all transport and attractions in Lisbon.
Breakfast could have more options but was still very nice. The views from the 8th floor were stunning.

The location is amazing and can’t be beaten.
Very easy to access all the main parts of central Lisbon.
Great view of Lisbon from the breakfast room and good choice for breakfast.
Apart from the lobby the hotel was quite dated. Rooms were old fashioned with very small tv that was hard to watch. Bathrooms were old with bathtub and shower in one. Water was hot and cold whilst taking shower.
Roof terrace got very busy and on the two occasions I visited I was told the wait was half an hour.

Central location but smelled at times from the sewer being close to the road not that is their fault. Good breakfast selection.
Hotel is tired. Carpet in the hotel halls was poor and had lots of rolls where it had bunched up..you needed to be careful you don't trip. Expensive for the quality. Staff too slow clearing dishes away in the breakfast room. Toilet paper not replaced when asked. I had to go to reception to get more as I wanted to go to sleep. Rooftop terrace has a wonderful view but if it's busy you have wait in a nearby room and aren't offered a drink in there so we left and had a drink elsewhere. Disappointing stay for the price

The breakfast was good and the location was great.
The hotel rooftop bar is available to anyone, and because of this paying guests who are staying at the hotel can not access the bar due to non hotel guests taking all the places at the bar. We paying guests were told that we had to wait 20 minutes to maybe get access to the rooftop bar. Paying guests of the hotel should have be able to be provided access before other people.

So noisy!!! Cleaners would start early and make noise.
Room decor is outdated.
Our room was next to a lift and it was so noisy.

Very friendly staff, free drink in lobby bar which was quite pleasant meeting area as we were large family group. Lovely rooms, very extensive breakfast with large seating area. Welcome small port bottle and mini pasteis de nata in the room were very appreciated! Close to metro stations and plaza rossio where many day trips meet in the morning.
