We enjoyed our brief stay! The hotel was well situated. We received a free room upgrade and complimentary drink in the bar. The weather was not suitable to enjoy the rooftop terrace however the views looked spectacular. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent also with lovely views. We would recommend this hotel.

Clean and spacious room, comfy bed and pillows. Very friendly and helpful staff (aside from 1 lady), wifi and aircon worked well. In a great location, everything you need is close by. Breakfast was lovely and being given pastel de natas and a bottle of port was a nice touch.
Honestly very difficult to find anything - Even during a country wide power cut we couldn't fault the place.

Location is fantastic. The terrace restaurant and the breakfast were excellent and the lobby bar also was great. The room was clean and large enough for us (3 adults). Staff rallied to provide dinner on day of Portugal blackout. Staff also provided a feeling of security during the blackout.
There were not outlets next to the beds for charging. We were offered discount to hotel restaurants after we had already eaten lunch in the terrace restaurant while waiting for our room to be ready. Also, when our flight was cancelled after we checked out and went to the airport, we could not rebook for the extra night despite availability showing on Booking. Staff didn’t offer to call for us to secure another room elsewhere.

Excellent location! Within walking distances of all the wonderful sites to see in Lisbon. Excellent staff. A special thanks to the following staff - Tomas, Adriana, Pedro, and Fabio - all of whom made our stay so enjoyable! Each of them were so helpful and considerate. They offered many great suggestions that only a local would know. It made our stay that much more special. When we visit Lisbon again, we'll be at the Mundial for sure!
The elevator access to top floors was a bit confusing, but a couple trips and it was no problem.
