The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in the center of the city and close to all the places to see.
Only thing is that there is no parking close to the hotel, if you have your own transport And that I had to pay extra to have a room with the castle view :(.

Amazing location and value for money.
Right beside Rossio Square, 1 minute walk to Metro and shops, location could not be better.
The hotel was very old and the facilities were poor.
Breakfast was limited.
If you are looking for a fancy hotel, this is definitely not for you, but if you want a place to sleep and shower, this place is perfect.

Excellent location close to metro and railway station, bus and trams close by as well. Vast choice of restaurants in the area. Comfortable rooms, cleaned daily. Basic but enjoyable breakfast.
No bar and limited lounge space.

Location. Character hotel recently refurbished. Exceptionally friendly efficient staff. Great breakfasts.
We liked everything but maybe double glazing would make it perfect. For a 3 star it was amazing.

Great location, friendly staff, good sized room, bath in bathroom, staff put a bottle of bubbly in our room for my birthday. Quite old fashioned but we liked it.
Shower was an attachment on the bath, to attach on wall the hook was too high to reach. No tea making facilities in the room. Quite noisy at night because of location. Booked a room facing the square but because of being on 2nd floor all we could see was the pigeons in the trees!

The location and the size of the rooms
Although the windows in the rooms are double glass, the frames are old. This means that there is a lot lot lot of noise from the street. It is calm between 1AM and 5 AM but ar other times you hear a lot of noise.

Location excellent.. friendly knowledgable staff, quiet calm atmosphere. General Security seemed sufficient. Internet connection good
Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee not drinkable. No fresh fruit juices just processed stuff. No bowls of fruit. Air conditioning in room not working. No air extraction in the bathroom. No shelf for toiletries in bathroom. Room at back of hotel. Not made clear would not have a view of square. Entrance a bit of a hole in the wall. At night the hotel sign not visible (not lit). Created confusion when first arrived. Very Limited TV stations

The location could not be better! Right on Rossio Square and short walk from the metro station. Very easy to get to and all of Lisbon is just outside your door.
The place is a bit dated and worn...but that was expected. Breakfast could be better.
