Boutique experience with polite staff, clean everything, and good breakfast.
The TV was a little dated/restricted and the shower head was not able to be affixed well. The street noise was slightly awakening, but you can't do much about that.

Wonderful
Small boutique style hotel with attractive lounge overlooking square and castle beyond. Great location for exploring and dining .
A better shower head in the bathroom would have been nice.
Complimentary tea and coffee making facility. If not possible in the bedrooms, perhaps it could be set up near the lovely lounge.

Great location on central plaza next to restaurants, shops, bikes, etc. Room was a good size, huge comfy bed and nice touch replacing the bottled water each day. Lounge/ breakfast room was nice with view over the Rossio plaza. Breakfast selection was limited but good fruit, meats, breads, etc as well as juice and cava for mimosas.
The reception was on 1st floor and had to walk up stairs to get to the lift. Not a big issue for us and seems to be common in city centre hotels with shops below.

It is in an excellent location to get everywhere in Lisbon. Lovely breakfast/sitting area overlooking the square. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are small but that's to be expected.
There didn't seem to be a way to control the temperature in the room and it was hot. Minor issue

The location was very good. It was a convient location with lots of activities around. The room was clean, but seems like the heating was not on. The toilet was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for moving around. The room was very clean and smelled amazing. It was a birthday celebration stay. They gave complimentary champagne, which was very nice. Great breakfast selection, especially the fresh fruits.

Location
Too hot and thermostat did not do anything. Only two settings were off and on, and even off did not help. The room was very dark, and the noise from the street was all day and all night.
