The hotel is in a great location, close to a bus stop and an underground station. There are grocery shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel is very clean and provides drinking water. There is a minibar, but it’s a paid service. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is the same every day; for a longer stay, you’d like a bit more variety.
This small room for two is suitable for a stay of no more than three days. There isn’t much light in the room because the window overlooks a wall and a thick metal pipe. It’s a good thing it’s on the sixth floor, as you could see a patch of sky.
I asked for two separate beds, but instead we were given a single bed frame with two mattresses, so it was effectively one bed. Our request was ignored. The room is quite small; it’s even difficult to find space for a second suitcase.
On the other hand, the bathroom is large and comfortable.

The decor was modern and tasteful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff Damian and Lucienna at front desk were welcoming and friendly, provided great information and offered excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Luena. What truly blew me away was their incredible honesty and exceptional customer service.
My husband accidentally left his belt bag (containing his wallet, driver's license, and cash) in the room. As soon as I got back home, the hotel proactively called me to inform us about the forgotten items. The entire team handled everything with world-class professionalism. They safely recovered all items, carefully arranged international shipping to the UK, and swiftly processed a bank transfer to refund our remaining cash.
Finding such a trustworthy, honest, and efficient hotel team is rare nowadays. Every staff member we encountered was amazing, and they completely turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. Thank you, Hotel Luena! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Lisbon!

Good location very close to a metro station. Very helpful staff at the reception desk. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious enough and kept very clean by the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is standard, continental with enough food and constant supply.
