On presentation they were so kind. momentarily so very clear and good. We got to our room and it was turned out for our pups! Water bowels, food bowels, doggy beds, doggy snacks and potty bags. Absolutely wonderful. As European beds go, it was comfy. Air conditioning easy to control. Breakfast extraordinarily good, eggs with mushrooms with ham slightly grilled American bacon style a bit, so yummy! 100% perfect. Thank you.
Um. That I could not stay longer in that perfect location and tjat my ane caused me to.muss breakfast with them!

It's a cute little boutique hotel in a quieter area of Lisbon. Very nice and helpful staff. Though the breakfast room was tiny, the food was great.
The room was tiny! It was a 'family room' with 3 beds, but so small, my mom had to sleep with her suitcase ON her bed, as there was no space for it on the floor. In addition, there was a sewer smell in the bathroom. I'm sure they're aware of it, as they had a Febreze plug-in in the wall, and maybe there's nothing they can do about it, but it was awful.

Good location near Arriois (& Alameda) station. Very clean and modern. Our room was in the back and it was very quiet. Staff was always friendly and very accommodating and provided us with a To go breakfast on a morning we left early for a tour. Good breakfast and lobby had mini pastries- which was a nice touch.

The price was our main priority and the hotel was a bargain. The room was big, very comfy beds and good shower. The staff were really nice
Quite a way out from the main attractions but handy for the metro so you can get around quickly. If being close to all the main sites is important I'd look somewhere else. We were part of a big group that stayed in another hotel nearby so it suited us to stay where we did.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants and other establishments within walking distance. My room was comfortable.
The hotel uses Booking's messaging system to "train" a new AI agent. Thus, you get lots of irrelevant messages trying to sell you additional products and your own messages are not understood or even ignored until a human gets online and takes over from the computer to sort things out. Unclear why a hotel that has such helpful and available staff wishes to turn the pre-book experience into a simulation of being on hold with the phone company. (Respond "1" if you are finished.)

Location was great, close to subway and walkable to downtown. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the eco-friendly options like motion sensor lights and recycling bins on each floor. And the free water in the room and water/lemonade in the lobby were very welcome.
A really small item. There was a flashing light in the neighbourhood that came through the curtains overnight. It would be great to have a blind added, to block out the light.

Location, service, breakfast, all good. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ideal place away from tourist area with nice local restaurants and atmosphere. I recommend this.
The bathroom had a little sewage smell.

Perfect!!! We liked everything: kind staff, clean facilities, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, close to the metro station, markets, restaurants and the city center.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed!

This hotel was everything we needed. The staff is great and always willing to help! The location is excellent—close to the metro and bus stations that take you everywhere around town. The breakfast is also very good!

Everything from the very beginning. The receptionist was great. She gave very good advice about where to go, good food. Breakfast was one of the greatest I ever had.
It was a little away from downtown but Uber took only a few minutes to get there.

Excellent location. Right near the Metro stop Arroios on the green line (Central) just a 2 minute walk. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean and had all the required amenities.
We booked the cheapest room which was very small. Just to keep this in mind prior booking.

A very nice hotel in comfortable location, not far from the metro. Very nice and helpfull stuff, especially in the front desk. Comfortable room, very clean, and good breakfast. All in all, a good place to stay while visiting Lisbon.

We had a one-week vacation in Lisbon and we chose Hotel Luena to stay. The hotel is quite small, but nice and its situation was ideal for us. It took only a couple of minutes to walk to the metro and the city was only a few minutes away by metro. The room and the whole hotel were clean, nice and cozy. We slept so well in the bed, which turned out to be even better than at home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and included many different types of food and drinks.
The hotel staff surprised us memorably by a bottle of sparkling wine on a table when we returned back to the hotel on my spouse's birthday.
If we travel to Lisbon again we could certainly choose the same hotel again :)
We had nothing to complain about.
