We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and had a really great experience.
The room was exactly as described on Booking.com, which we really appreciated. It was spacious, very clean, and felt fresh from the moment we arrived. The sheets and towels were spotless and smelled really nice. The room also got a lot of sunlight, which made it even more pleasant.
Everything worked as it should — the air conditioning was perfect for both cooling and heating, the safe was working fine, and the hair dryer was surprisingly powerful (one of the best we’ve used in a hotel). We also liked the little extras, like the free water and the extra space in the minibar to store our own things.
Breakfast was another highlight. It was really tasty, and we liked that the options changed a bit during the week, so it didn’t feel repetitive.
The staff were all very kind and welcoming. Housekeeping did an excellent job every time — the room was always perfectly clean when we came back.
A special thank you for the free room upgrade for our long stay, and for the lovely champagne surprise for my wife’s birthday — that was such a nice touch and meant a lot to us. Also, big thanks to all the staff — the cleaning team, waitresses, cooks, receptionists, and the operation manager — everyone clearly puts effort into their work.
Overall, this was honestly a much better experience than what we would expect not only from a 3-star hotel, but even from many 4-star hotels. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would happily come back again.
Honestly, we tried to find something we didn’t like, but the only thing we can mention is that our stay had to come to an end.

Clean budget hotel not far from the centre. Breakfast is normal.
We had a room for four person. It was too small, limited space to put suitcases or to hang clothes.

A little bit small room, but for 2 people and 1 night this should be ignored. Also the 6th floor rooms don’t have any view! You have a wall in front of the window.

We returned to this hotel, after a first stay some months ago. It is a pleasant small hotel and for us, location is the main reason - and honest prices. Will probably return there. I never take breakfast at the hotel, since I prefer to walk and have it in a normal cafe.
Nothing in particular. However, if you take a front room, the street is very noisy so opening the window might be an issue. Also the rooms are relatively small, so you have to manage it carefully, specially if you have a lot of luggage like we did.

The rooms look very nice and the bathroom is well equipped and modern. The breakfast was simple and great.
Only the bed was comfortable for us.

Good location near Arriois (& Alameda) station. Very clean and modern. Our room was in the back and it was very quiet. Staff was always friendly and very accommodating and provided us with a To go breakfast on a morning we left early for a tour. Good breakfast and lobby had mini pastries- which was a nice touch.

The location is great, the metro station is not far away, it is also very clean, and the staff is very friendly.
The information about breakfast is not precise, whether it is included in the price or not, because the start of breakfast is stated on the reservation, but if you want it, you need to specifically state it when booking.

Quite a way out from the main attractions but handy for the metro so you can get around quickly. If being close to all the main sites is important I'd look somewhere else. We were part of a big group that stayed in another hotel nearby so it suited us to stay where we did.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants and other establishments within walking distance. My room was comfortable.
The hotel uses Booking's messaging system to "train" a new AI agent. Thus, you get lots of irrelevant messages trying to sell you additional products and your own messages are not understood or even ignored until a human gets online and takes over from the computer to sort things out. Unclear why a hotel that has such helpful and available staff wishes to turn the pre-book experience into a simulation of being on hold with the phone company. (Respond "1" if you are finished.)

Location was great, close to subway and walkable to downtown. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the eco-friendly options like motion sensor lights and recycling bins on each floor. And the free water in the room and water/lemonade in the lobby were very welcome.
A really small item. There was a flashing light in the neighbourhood that came through the curtains overnight. It would be great to have a blind added, to block out the light.

Location, service, breakfast, all good. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ideal place away from tourist area with nice local restaurants and atmosphere. I recommend this.
The bathroom had a little sewage smell.
