Small clean property with decent rooms and toilet. Nothing fancy about the room - clean bed and sheets !! Everything working but a rather small bathroom. decent breakfast selection too

Central location and great breakfast and staff are very helpful and friendly
Room alittle small for 2 and hanging space far too high to reach if you are small medium build - had to ask to milk everyday for tea coffee in the room and had to take tea coffee and sugar from the breakfast room daily

Super kind personel, one of the most various breakfast I ever had and also very tasty! Great time at my stay!
After afrival, I was told at reception that internet WiFi key will be available at room, but I didn't find any available information about internet at my room. The same for my friend which had another room.

The room itself was very spacious and beds and linen were comfortable. The staff as well were super friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaraunts and bars.
We were willing to book a premium to stay at this property as it offered a gym. However, to call it a gym is not entirely correct. There was only one treadmill and cross trainer and the air conditioning in the gym did not work. There were no weights provided. I understand hotel gyms do not provide the same level of facilities as commercial ones but this was quite poor and disappointing. Also for a four star hotel, it would be nice to have free water available for guests rather than make them pay for use in the room mini bar. This is a basic amenity which should be provided given the price we are paying.

Check-in: A warm and friendly welcome.
Location: Strategically located in a central, posh area that isn’t overrun by tourists. Transportation is convenient, and the hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés, markets, and tourist attractions.
Room: A reasonably sized, clean, decent and comfortable room. The view was nice, especially considering it was on the 7th floor.
Breakfast: The freshness and variety of the products were good.
Staff: The staff in breakfast and reception area were very polite and helpful.
Overall: I was very pleased with my stay.
I must express a significant criticism: the warning sign above the water dispenser in the corner of the breakfast area is extremely irritating. I understand a “Forbidden to fill bottles” policy—perhaps if you’re only providing Fiji or Acqua di Cristallo Tributo a Modigliani—but seeing such a sign in the breakfast area of a classic, old style 4-star hotel is quite unpleasant.
