Brakfast was decent and the restaurant staff frendly
Very disappointing experience, mainly due to lack of transparency and extremely poor reception service. When booking this hotel, nowhere was it stated that the only weight-lifting machine in the gym was not working. I was not informed before check-in and only discovered this after entering the fitness room. The gym was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so this is misleading at best. I raised the issue with reception and asked for a partial refund for two days in a row, as legally applicable when advertised facilities are unavailable. I spoke to multiple reception staff, yet I was completely ignored. No response, no explanation, no follow-up — until check-out, where nothing was resolved. Because of this, I was forced to pay €12 per day at a commercial gym nearby just to train, an extra cost caused entirely by the hotel’s failure to inform guests or offer compensation. Reception staff showed zero concern for customers. Ignoring guests when they raise legitimate issues and ask about their rights is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. Rooms and location do not make up for misleading information, poor communication, and total disregard for customer concerns. I would not stay here again. Regarding the wifi service its awkward to say the least amd highly unstable.

Lovely helpful staff, very clean, great location.
I was lucky to get a parking space with the hotel but they only have a very small number which are not free ( the charge is very modest)
