The hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants and entertainment venues. The staff is nice and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is really comfortable. All in all, the hotel is excellent
Some of the facilities require maintenance, such as the equipment in the gym, which is not working properly, the soap dispenser that does not work, and a tap that leaks a bit

They did not allow ANY early check in even though many rooms were ready. Many people were piled up in their lounge waiting for a room. At 3 pm they started checkin and we had to deal with a VERY long line. It took forever. It would have been so much smarter to check people in as rooms became available. This policy may have been convenient for the hotel employees but clearly it did not serve the needs and convenience of the customers at all. I would recommend you revisit this puzzling policy. You should know better
