Location was good.
Wifi didn't work, the gym didn't work before 8am in the morning because they need to give you some card before that, and plus not to awake the other guests, which is ridiculous as i was staying there only one night for a business purpose, no wifi in my room, no gym in the moring before i went for the meetings. I was disappointed for that much money per night, i got notnihg what i booked the hotel for.

Perfectly located, off Av. Da Liberdade, the hotel is a pleasant walk away from places of interest and the pickup points for the tours which we had booked. Also, it’s not situated on a steep hill like other properties. The hotel is cozy, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is generous, with a great variety of good quality food covering most tastes. The bed was huge and comfortable.
We found the wardrobe small for two persons. However we asked the cleaner for more hanger, she was very helpful, so it was ok.

Great location, quiet room, clean, choice of pillows, good breakfast with variety of fruits. Polite and helpful staff.
Room had a small window, probably looking to an inside court. Window was also frosted for privacy too.

Very noisy at night. A lot of street noise through the night, poor sound insulation and could hear toilets flushing in other bathrooms. Lack of communal areas - no bar and only a very small lounge. A lack of facilities for a 4 star hotel.
