They did not allow ANY early check in even though many rooms were ready. Many people were piled up in their lounge waiting for a room. At 3 pm they started checkin and we had to deal with a VERY long line. It took forever. It would have been so much smarter to check people in as rooms became available. This policy may have been convenient for the hotel employees but clearly it did not serve the needs and convenience of the customers at all. I would recommend you revisit this puzzling policy. You should know better

Although we got there early we still had to wait until 3-30 to check in as the room wasn't available. Also the shower didn't work properly.
