They did not allow ANY early check in even though many rooms were ready. Many people were piled up in their lounge waiting for a room. At 3 pm they started checkin and we had to deal with a VERY long line. It took forever. It would have been so much smarter to check people in as rooms became available. This policy may have been convenient for the hotel employees but clearly it did not serve the needs and convenience of the customers at all. I would recommend you revisit this puzzling policy. You should know better

Little bit noisy - not so good sound insulation and laminate in rooms (cold, and noisy). Anyway, solid for short term stay.

The location is near public transportation and within walking distance to Rossio train station. I felt safe. The staff was friendly
The “fitness center.” It was a room half the size of hotel room. It had one treadmill, one elliptical and and all-in-one weight machine, but that was broke. Also, there were no free weights. I was very disappointed. Additionally, an iron was not available. I’m accustomed to hotels having an iron in the room or at least, available on the property (at no charge).
