The staff were extremely helpful and the location was walkable to just about anywhere in Lisbon. I was also impressed that they had a converter in the room for charging my phone and tablet.

The hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were great too as there was always someone at reception to open the door late at night.
As it was located in the heart of town, some noises from outside poured in. Also in my room there were noises coming in briefly from next door somewhere.

Great breakfast! Excellent selection of hot and cold items from meats, eggs, breads, cereals, fresh fruits, coffee , teas, potatoes, beans, jams, orange juice etc... Basically everything is good quality and the service is top notch.
