The hotel was in a great, quiet location for sightseeing and shopping. Very safe area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast choice was extensive and room clean, spacious with comfortable beds.

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location and very convenient to bus and subway transportation. My room was excellent. The staff provided great service and the breakfast was amazing.

The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was well stocked and staffed to refill. Our room was a Jr. Suite and was well worth the price - bed very comfortable and A/C worked.

The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. Close to the train and other attractions.

The location was very central to walking to various sites. Also, we found the location to be quiet and not on a busy street. We did not use the rooftop terrace. However, if our stay was longer it would have been nice to sit there with a glass of wine. We had an early flight and the front desk gave us a breakfast box since we were not able to have the included breakfast.
The tub is a little narrow and it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues to use.

Location was perfect! The hotel is one block off the main road, thankfully quieter than we expected. The staff were so friendly from the front desk to the bar personnel. The room was very comfortable. The amenities were unexpected like bathrobes, slippers and very plush towels. The breakfast was rather lavish as well.

Wonderful, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet! Great location to main avenue with several shops and restaurants nearby.
Beds are more on the firm side but I think there’s an option to turn them to make them softer. Would’ve done so if stay ended up being longer.
